Description of Work: I cannot remember the exact month when this service was performed, but it was in late summer. Their cable (about 100 feet) was laying on top of the ground along the side of my yard. It had been accidentally severed but (quickly) repaired in the Spring while we were planting bushes. However, two or three calls, spread out over two months, were necessary before a Cox contractor came and buried it. There was no charge.

 + -1 moreCalled on Friday 6/20/14 and they tried resetting our cable box without any luck. Employee also checked to see if other people in our area were experiencing the same problem and there had been several calls. Set up an appointment for Monday 6/25/2014 between 8 and 10am. Serviceman called first and was here by 9:00. Checked our cable splitters in the basement and determined our signal out of the splitter was lower than it should be. Installed a signal/line booster and this corrected the problem.
Description of Work: Could not access On Demand in the evenings. Cox serviceman came and added a signal booster to our incoming cable. Cured the problem. Also said he would look at having someone increase the bandwidth in this area. Too low.
