Dave Cornett has poor communication skills and poor customer service skills. Took 3 weeks to finally get an estimate scheduled. Mr. Cornett missed the appointment. When I called 25 minutes past the expected arrival time, I asked if he had forgotten about me, and he said he was on his way to Salem (I live in Roanoke). He asked if I would "be around" for a few hours so he could get to me AFTER he was done with his Salem client. I declined, and we rescheduled for the next day at 2 pm. I later texted him and canceled, telling him I had no faith he would show up to the rescheduled appointment. He told me the first (missed) appointment was "up in the air," which is why he didn't come. He gave a conditional apology, but I could tell he didn't care. My suggestion is to not waste your time with a "professional" who doesn't value your business. Mr. Cornett didn't value my business.

Everything went well for this job. After completing this job, I wanted him to do some work on another house but was unable to reach him and he didn't return voice mail messages. Finally had to call someone else for the 2nd job.

It went well. Made an appointment for 4/24. They came and replaced the units without any problems. Very professional and know what they're doing. Job completed the same day.

He's prompt and responsive. He's reasonably priced and he goes out of his way, even on weekends to help do whatever needs to be done. I will continue to use him in the future.
