basement waterproofing
+ -1 morethey took out dry wall, piping, plaster, and stuck fans and dehumidifiers in the walls, and floor mats that sucked the water out, DRIED EVERYTHING< walls , ceiling, floors, baseboards. I've used similar companies before, this company far outshines those competitors. Once they've cleaned they can fix.

They did a good job at drying up the water, but when it came to making the repairs two weeks had gone by and we had heard nothing from them. I had talked with our insurance adjuster on the 10/16/2013 and the project manager was supposed to call me, and come by to discuss changes in the job, and we had still heard nothing from them. I called my insurance adjuster back on 10/18/2013 and he wasn't happy with the way they was treating us, and the lack of communication we had gotten from them, so I told my insurance adjuster to find someone else to do the repairs on my home. I feel that 2 weeks was plenty of time to at least get a accurate estimate to the insurance company, and to this day we still don't have one. So as far as I am concerned there will be someone else doing my repairs, and I will not use these people again.
Description of Work: They was hired by our Insurance Company to dry out our house, because water from the kitchen had flooded our kitchen, dinning room, living room, and basement. They was also supposed to do the construction to repair all the damage to the counter tops, and floors. All they got finished with was the drying out process.

Overall, we were very pleased. The only thing that slowed down the progress was the insurance company.
Description of Work: Water loss in my home from the supply line to washing machine. I called Consolidated on Sunday around Noon, and they answered their phone. They were at my home in a hour and working with equipment. They worked with my insurance company and we just paid our deductible. There was no hassle with the insuance they took care of everything.
