+ -1 moreJohn came by for an estimate on Monday. I called him Tuesday night after comparing all bids and accepted his. We agreed to Friday morning. They showed up on time with 6 people! John showed me what they were going to do throughout the day (I like to get details) and finished the job before 5:00 PM. i was amazed as they had to run a gas line to the furnace, run a water line to the humidifier, install intake and exhaust lines and hook it all up. I didn't realize how low my humidity level was until the unit was hooked up but John was right, it was 16%! I was not only pleased with the price and service but also thankful to John for showing me how the whole system worked. They also cleaned everything up.
Description of Work: replaced existing heat pump with heat pump gas furnace combo. also installed new programable thermostat and steam humidifyer.
