CertaPro was very efficient and timely; calls were returned, texts and emails were answered within hours. The painters came on the date given, they finished a fairly large job in one day because they brought the correct number of painters. The painters were a very nice group of people, the job looks great and I would certainly recommend CertaPro.

Painters were mindful of quality and details. Only delays were due to weather.

I needed to have my deck re-painted, shutters, and exterior door frames. The estimator that came out was wonderful to deal with. Price was fair. $1300.00 The one painter that they sent out was also great to deal with. Made sure everything was cleaned up. Made sure I was happy with everything. HOWEVER, during the estimate I was told that stain would be more durable than paint. So I was like, sure! Problem is, is that I was not told that the stain would have a matt finish. So after the first day or two, when pollen and tree debris fell onto it, IT STAINED IT! Stained it to the point that even soap and water couldn't get it off!! When I called on it, one of the co-owners, Scott Fleming, went to my house and looked at it. When I explained my frustration to him, he spoke to me as if I was an idiot saying, "Well Mr. Barnhart, you know it is white, and white will show stains...etc" LIke I'm some stupid moron that doesn't understand that white will show stains!! My problem is, that I can't clean the stains!!! With the paint, I was able to clean it off! He made no attempt to offer anything else other then his condescending attitude!!! I have a ton of interior painting that needs to be done. It won't be done by this company!

Amelia who comes out for estimates and one of the owners, Kelly, were all very accommodating and wonderful to work with. Unfortunately I had a horrible customer service experience with the other owner, Scott, who was rude, talked over me, and was generally dismissive. Crew on site was also very polite. Just sad to see the leadership setting such a poor example!

I had a very positive experience. My two painters were hard working and knocked out my project in 2 days. They were on time, courteous, and skilled. Glad to get this staining done and on with my other house projects.

Certa Pro painters were excellent to work with. I contacted them on Monday, they came out and gave me a bid on Tuesday, we accepted the bid on Wednesday and they completed the job on Thursday! Super fast, extremely easy to work with, everyone was so polite and professional and they provided us with exactly what we wanted. We will definitely be recommending Certa Pro to all our friends and family.
