+ -1 moreWe asked contractor daily, what about this what about that. Each day of the JOB which was 3 months late they left the site before wife would come home from work, so they didnt have to get q uestions. They refused to fix anything. However they did TRY and FIX omne item, the drain issue by "saw cutting" into the deck. Which did not help at all. We have pitcures to document all of this process. Including the contractor walking on the plaster before water was installed. These were obvious things that were done wrong along the way. We are in current litigation. They promised my family three weeks after the "dig" we would be swimming. It was three months!
Description of Work: Company entered into a contract 08-10-2010 and fraudulantly filed for permits in violation of specific VA codes. This company is a CLASS "C" contractor and applied for Class "B" work. The commonwealth DPOR is currently investigating. There are two families whom have been effected by this companies fraudulant work. FOIA will allow public to see Permit applications that this company falsified info on to the tune of $64 thousand dollars! There is currently over $ thousands of dollars worth of repairs that still need to be done. Over $19 thousand dollars. And there is Pending litigation in Circuit court. This is all available public information so there is no Defamation claim that can be made. Look up the case in Roanoke County. This company is not qualified to do inground pools of size at all. Donnie Shaver signed permit application and Shelly MArtin is the owner of Company. Specifically 18x42 gunite pool. Concrete decking has to be removed and repaired. Drain had to be installed Heater was not fuctional when installed, installed to close to house Plaster has foot prints in it from contractor! Steps put in were installed slanted Water marks due to filling pool from WRONG end! Hot tub not level and much more Please do not use this company. These funds were inherited and we would have NEVER been able to do this on our own. Now we have to fight to get this fixed. Just dont want another 3rd family to be taken
