Great company to work with.

overall, we are very happy with our cabinets. the installer, greg, did an excellent job. the staining was a bit off on a couple of the cabinet doors, and Cabinetry with TLC was responsive. they ordered replacements from the manufacturer, and greg installed them for us. my only issue with the company is that our salesman was difficult to get a response out of. i'd have to email or call several times before he would answer my questions. but all things considered, we are satisfied with the outcome.

I interacted with one associate, Ben. He was not at all competent. He took weeks to respond, and when he did, he was usually flustered and not very helpful. He messed up two of the orders, and refused to help me get the cabinets after he failed to deliver on the date he said he would. When I need cabinets for this same line, I now use a business in North Carolina. I would rather do business with them and drive 3 hours, than do business with Cabinetry with TLC and drive 5 minutes.

No follow-up, glad they have so much business , maybe my job was not big enough for them.

This is a very fine company. They have good quality products. They have good ideas and are easy to work with. You can see cabinets and kitchen designs (and bathroom) in their showroom.

They made and supplied my vanity for Weiler Co. for the renovation of our bathroom.

Cabinetry with TLC were excellent to work with in the designing stage of the project. My wife and I went in with our ideas for a remodel and they worked with us closely along the way to come up with a floor plan we liked. They were very open to our needs and we liked the suggestions that thay made for us. We loved the fact that they are local and they were there every step along the way for the remodel. Like all remodels, there is inconvenience but they had the project schedule all laid out before they started. The project moved along well until we were interupted by the big snowstorm in mid February which delayed the project 3-4 days. All in all the majority of the work was very timely and the major renovations of project was finished in four weeks. All the people who worked on the project were very professional, excellent craftsmen and very clean. We love our new kitchen and are vwery glad thata friend recommended Cabinetry with TLC when we were looking for a remodeler. Highly recommentd them to anyone.

I have worked with Cabinetry with TLC over the past 5 years on 4 remodel projects of varying scope and budget ranging from high end gourmet kitchens and baths to budget conscious rental property projects. Each project was handled in a timely manner with excellent craftsmanship and within budget. The staff is always willing to offer honest insight into ways to get the most value for the investment. I have and will continue to recommend Cabinetry with TLC to others.

The overall experience was very good. Bob was very responsive all along the way. We wanted to have the soffits removed, and all of the other companies discouraged it. There were good reasons - the plastering on the ceiling wouldn't extend above the soffits, and there is an unknown in terms what is under the soffits. Bob had a great solution - get taller cabinets and add a crown build up to the ceiling. It turned out gorgeous. It makes the cabinets look custom and gives everything a built in appearance. there were a couple of issues with the flooring and tiles from the show room they recommended which caused delays. But all the work was done well. Each of the subcontractors were timely and cleaned up after themselves. Very positive experience.

They are fabulous people to work with. They are very patient and are very concerned in what you need. They actually designed the kitchen. They did a marvelous job.

I had a hard time deciding on the type of cabinets and countertops. They were very patient and helpful, but not pushy. The cabinets are beautiful and exceeded my expectations. The installer was very careful to protect the floors, and got along well with our dogs. He was a perfectionist and made sure everything worked properly. We want to add an island later and will definitely purchase it from Cabinetry with TLC.

Their service was awesome. They were extremely respectful. They were careful not to let our dogs and cats out when they were coming and going. It was hot when they were doing the installation, and they were very hardworking. They didn't take breaks, and they weren't lazy. They were very polite, and they cleaned everything up. They didn't leave anything to clean up. They were just great.
