The service was professional and helpful. We had problems with stinkbugs before we started having this service, and the problem has improved substantially since that time, particularly after the fogging.

It was quickly done. All my questions were answered and advice was given on what to look for in case it happens again. He stayed and re-sprayed a second time to be sure and even checked up in the attic to see if the hornets had made it into the house. The cost included a re-treatment within 45 days if needed but thankfully we did not. I felt it was a bit too expensive but in the end it was successful and we no longer fear getting stung.

It went well. Noticed only dead bugs inside and, didn't really notice the bugs outside as much.

I had a swarm of flying ants in my house and call Bug Man. They sent an associate out for a free inspection. The inspection was thorough. I was given several different treatment options (one year plan or one-time plan), and he took several specimens with him for confirmation. The day I was called - confirming that I had carpenter ants- I had another swarm. I set a time for a one-time treatment the following Saturday. The treatment was sprayed both inside and outside my house. Additionally, ant traps were placed in two different locations outside the house. The traps are effective for a year. I also received a 45 day warranty on the treatment. Both associates were timely, courteous, and professional. It took less than ten days from the time of my first call to the time I received the treatment.

My house is situated in a very moist environment, and I was having lots of trouble with carpenter bees, multiple types of ants, stink bugs, and drugstore beetles. They visited in July and sprayed, which reduced my bug problem to about 5% of its original size. A subsequent round of spraying in November seems to have reduced it further.

He notifies me in advance when he is coming and he is very good about that. The secretary calls me and arranges the time and the exterminator calls the day he is coming so I get two phone calls. The guys are always in uniform and identify themselves. They are clean cut kids and I am very satisfied with them.

He arrived within an hour of our call and expediently dealt with the situation. He was very competent and respectful, using the minimum measure needed to quickly kill the hornets. We have since recommended his services to others.

I was out of town, and had someone meet the exterminator to pay them. All the guy did was squirt a can of spray at the nest. (It was the size of a basketball.) Which knocked half of the white paper-like material unto my black roof. The remaining half is still hanging there and has now turned into a black rotting mess.(I do not own a ladder or I would get it down myself.) So not only did they do nothing but spray a can and charged me $195.00, they didn't even get up there and clean it off. BTW, this is a small cape cod, 2 story house. In retrospect, I could have bought a can of wasp spray that they sell at Lowes and Home Depot and done this myself. What I'm really angry about is not only the excessive amount of money charged, but that they left this nest up there!!

I had originally called to get a termite inspection and to remove carpenter bees / wasps. The service tech arrived about 10 minutes late and was friendly. He informed me they did not really do bees, but he would spray anyway if we got service as it and quot;might helpand quot;. He performed a termite inspection and seemed very knowledgeable. He then talked me into a service contract for other bugs. After pushing me into a yearly contract I realized it would be $175 every 3 months. He said the contract was for a year, but the contract is actually for 15 months. Examining the contract you will find you actually have 4 more payments for a total of 5 payments for the and quot;yearand quot;. About 2 weeks after the service I had a huge outbreak of ants in the house. I saw no reduction in bees. I also found a few crickets that I had not noticed before I called for service. I went from not really have a bug issue other than bees to having multiple issues. The people at Bug Man Exterminating however are unwilling to stand behind their work in any way. I think they realize they have a poor product as they change a considerable $75 fee to get out of the contract, even though the service in my case was completely ineffective. I think this is quite poor business and very unprofessional. I would advise going with another bug company. For now, I have been doing it myself with the top end chemicals sold by Home Depot and have been very pleased with the outcome for about $35 in chemicals and a hour of my time.

I have had them for 7 years. They take care of all my problems. I have used them for mice, ants and stink bugs we had. They treat you extremely well.

He checked around the house for termites. He didn't find any termites, and he didn't charge me. I thought he was honest. He did a thorough job in checking around the house. They were punctual and professional.

They do a pest control spray for both interior and exterior. I have been using them for the last 3 years and I don't see any bugs around. They say that if we do have a problem anytime, they will come and do a touchup at no extra charge. I will continue to use them in the future.

They are really good. They usually send out the same person and they are always on time, they are very friendly and respectful, and their price is good though not excellent. If you have a problem after they come out, you can call them and they will come out for an extra visit without charging.

They are very professional and fast, prompt, no hidden fees, and we like them. They have done inspections and treatments for us.

They do a nice job as far as pest control. I pay $110 per quarter. I would use them again.

I choose another company to do the job. I still use the company that I chose to this day. I get great results with the other company.
