"Unfortunately , this Client is an Immigrant who does not fully understand American Customs or proceedure. This client purchased a Big Deal Special and the deal while supposed to be handled in One Visit to the clients required 3 trips at two seperate times . The Client refused to pay for services She ordered , refused to compensate us adequately for attempts to locate parts for a special order need she required, and refused to allow work which needed to be concealed behind walls to be performed ! All in ALL , she was a BAD Customer all the way around and NOT someone I care to do work for in the future"

"I truly appreciate the clients grade and the Good reccomendation . I do NOT understand her comment that she paid 300.00 for plaster materials however. She purchased a $ 239.00 Big Deal ,and paid Me , $45.00 for plaster materials , compound & gauging plaster .Perhaps she is commenting about the repair total cost ? I can only assume a mistake was made but nothing to get alarmed about and will say no more about the matter . She was a Very Kind Lady , recuperating from a heart problem with some very nice pets and I enjoyed doing her repairs ."

"(Member name removed) is incorrect when He states that we charged Him for an estimate . He Never Paid one cent nor was any deduction made from the time that was purchased . He purchased 2 men for 2hrs , he received 2.75hrs of labor by 2 men...an extra 45 minutes of time for completion of his project.....which was more complicated than expected , at NO additional charge . Seems that somedays , you just cant please anyone."

"Unfortunately , things do not always Progress our Proceed AS PLANNED ! As we proceeded on the Home Service Change , we encountered many difficulties with the existing house wiring that were NOT anticipated ,nor could they be planned for . Many of the difficulties had been created by previous electricians attempting to perform what turned out to be Sloppy work , that we only understood once we began to unravel the circuits . Needless to say, these encounters slowed down the process considerably as we could not proceed until the problems were solved and problems were defeated . Once we were able to get through and over the hurdles presented and solved , the many problems that existed finally disappeared and we able to close out the job . Attempting to explain the scenario's to some one who does not understand the complexities of an electrical system proved to be fruitless, so we stopped trying to explain ourselves and the existing problems. We also constructed a NEW deck , and the construction requirements for Decks had also changed ,therefore We had learn the new spec's which created a time lag in construction in order to meet the NEW Code requiremnents . All in all , a new learning experience for ALL involved ,but a final conclusion was reached much to everyones delight"

"This project was typical of most small home problems,,, Cold winter Air was blowing into the Home around the Front Door entrance,, creating a draft , and loss of Heat The problem was resolved by simply installing New WeatherStripping around the door opening . The client has an address of Vinton VA , although she lives nearer Bedford County VA. , than Vinton VA. The COSTS were kept at a Minimum by employing the following techniques . Her problem was looked at , when we were in the area, on another call,,therefore , NO Special trip required to survey Her problem and Diagnose the best repair solution . The Repairs were made as we traveled back to another project in the area , thus resulting in NO Additional Service Costs to the Client for picking up and obtaining any materials required for her repair . Not All problems are resolved as easily or as inexpensively as this repair , but we'll do our absolute best to resolve your problems in the same manner !"
