+ -1 moreWorking with George Baron was a good experience. He works well with Roanoke County, he made sure that all permits were properly applied for and completed. A detailed estimate was provided and billing was accurate according to the estimate. George's main excavator, Kenny, is very skilled and was pleasant to work with. They both have a good eye for proper grading. The grading was completed ahead of schedule, instead of billing me for the agreed contract price he reduced the price. The reduced price allowed me to use his services for a few more days to perfect the finish grading, which was not originally in the contract. I thought that showed good business character.
Description of Work: Performed all excavation, grading, and finish grading on my new homesite.
