 + -1 moreThey listened carefully to what we were looking for. They only showed me the ranges that met the criteria I had. They asked if I was willing to consider a full model, which I did. I subsequently purchased one for half price. They delivered and installed it exactly when they said they would. The service guy who came to install the stove was very polite and professional.
