Beware this company. I payed them $2250 to rezone a property. My main contact within the company left the company and I was not contacted to tell me who the new person was who was taking on my contract. I finally found out that he'd left over a month after he was gone through the subcontractor that they'd hired who was complaining to me that they had not paid him, and that he was not going to continue to help me unless they paid him. I did not receive any of the promised architectural plans, and they missed several important rezoning city meetings all together, so I was there by myself, and the zoning board recommended a denial of my request. I talked to the lady who had been handling my case in the zoning office, and she did not sound particularly impressed with their performance either. After contacting them about my concerns, they had no idea who I was or what I was talking about. The manager there told me several times that he would call me back, but never did. Finally, he had his secretary call me to tell me that they would not be issuing a refund, and unless I paid the additional $2250 that I'd contracted to pay them, that they never invoiced, that they weren't going to continue helping me on this project. They feel justified in delivering a less than half baked cake and feeling justified in keeping half the of what they charged, even though they did not deliver even close to what was agreed upon. Then they feel justified in asking for the other half of the funds even though they clearly did a terrible job to begin with. WHAT A JOKE. I still have not gotten a refund, nor architectural plans, and my rezoning application is still in the denial bin. This was my first experience ever trying to rezone anything, and they've made the experience awful.
