Description of Work: I have used Don Cass for several home inspections over the years. He is dependable, honest, lideable, reasonable and knows both the construction industry and the home inpsection industry. He is very thorough and explains the inspection to you as he proceeds as well has points out things you will need to know for the future ownership of the home he is inspecting for you. He provides you with a written mulitpage check list of all the items inspected along with written narratives of items you should pay particular attention to. He reviews this with you. This report is placed into a 2 inch binder organized by house component (e.g. electric, pumbing, stucture, etc.). The book is a great current and future reference source. I can say that I have used Don's home inspection manual many times over the years. Personnally, I wouldn't have anyone else do a home inspection for me. He goes out of his way to make sure you have answers to all your questions and that your future home has been properly and thoroughly inspected. I believe, the price of the inspection is based upon size and number of stories of the home being inspected.
