Chris was very professional and punctual. He evaluated the roof and said he thought it had another year or two of life, no need to replace or repair. I appreciated his honesty, as he could have easily tried to sell me a $5,000+ roof. In 2 years, I'll be hiring them when the time does come to replace it!

The roof vents went in fine. Could not be happier with the end-result. House is 100% cooler in the Summer. However there was an issue that occurred during installation. The vent installers damaged my gutter with their ladders. (To the point where it could not be repaired.) They sent someone out to see if it could be repaired, but you could see it had to be replaced. Also the gutter's downspout extensions were put on backwards. (Meaning the extension pipe was put inside the existing downspout elbow, instead of over it. So water was leaking at the point of the new connection when exiting the downspout.) HOWEVER, and in my mind this is what's important, they came RIGHT AWAY and replaced the damaged gutter and downspouts. No questions asked. I didn't have to chase them down. Yes, the job(s) should have been done right the first time, but they corrected these issues. Everyone that I had dealt with there was fantastic. I have no unresolved complaints, and would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others.

Jeremiah and Chris showed up late, apologized for tardiness and took a thorough look at our roof. They spoke about their dedication to customer service. We were hopeful. We were told we would have to wait another 4 days (following the visit) just to get our estimate.... this brought the turn-around with All-In-One to almost 3 weeks without even knowing their price!...we became skeptical. On the day of the "estimate reveal," one of our family members was taken ill and arrangements had to be made for her health care. I called the All-In-One office prior to the appointed meeting time and asked that she simply send us the estimate, but could it be sent to us via an email with pdf file or, a telephone conversation with one of their reps....again, we just wanted to speed the process so we could make a decision without delay and schedule the work. Seems reasonable, right? The scheduler called us back and said it would not be possible. The rep called us and told us the same thing. We explained we have owned multiple homes and fully understand material selection, workmanship --- all we wanted was a price! The owner Jeremiah finally called at the end of that day and said we would have to reschedule a face-to-face to obtain the price...again, meeting THEIR rules and schedule. We were fed up! I hopped on Angie's list and saw that others experienced the same All-In-One pressure and guilt tactics like, "You don't want 'Chuck on a Truck' to do you roof, do you?" He was implying that many of the long-standing, reputable providers in Roanoke are not worth the shingles they install...of course this isn't true. We cannot and will not endorse All-In-One. Consider taking your business elsewhere.

very professional, responsive, prompt. the work done was very good quality. most impressive is they didn't try to sell us what we really didn't need. specifically, the estimate provided for replacing damaged fascia board as needed. we expected the usual, "oh, all of it needed to be replaced". instead, we got "only 1 piece needed to be replaced" (which we already pretty much knew, from my husband having inspected the roof prior to getting the estimate). all around a good experience. we already have them scheduled to estimate another exterior job for us.

Gentleman came out and did the estimate and got back to me in a few days. As opposed to other roofing companies, he attempted to up-sell me on other things that would compliment the roof. These things were okay, but not completely necessary. In my lack of knowledge, it just seemed like he was trying to take advantage of that. Furthermore, when I said I'd think about it, he got really assertive and advised that they only would negotiate "in person" (like it was a personal service issue). He offered me a "one time" 10% discount for "today only". Needless to say I didn't go with them because not only did I disapprove of that approach, but his 10% price cut was still way above what I paid for my roof from another reputable company.

Crews showed up on time. The front steps look great, although the team did not completely fill in a large crack at the bottom of the steps as agreed upon because they ran out of material, then simply left to do another job. (This is why I downgraded on quality). When I called All-in-One, they returned later and finished the job. Unfortunately, the filling has already cracked in several places, though the steps themselves look fine. There were a number of miscommunications the day the fascia was supposed to be completed. I acknowledge one issue (concerning paint) was my error, but it wouldn't have mattered since the crew ran out of fascia material and disappeared. I had to call the office again, and the work was eventually completed two days later. One thing that concerned me was that I never saw a supervisor show up to check the progress of the work, though it is possible I missed him. I get the sense that this company is trying to cover lots of bases and types of work but is stretched a bit thin on management. Nonetheless, the office staff and Jeremiah, the owner, are very friendly and pleasant. Jeremiah was extremely conscientious about addressing the issues I had, and came to the house on both occasions to resolve the problems. I found their prices competitive and reasonable. I am not sure I would hire them again, because I feel I'd be better off in the future with a specialist than with a general contractor. But I do appreciate the work ethic of Jeremiah and his office staff.

A representative came out to the house to give me an estimate. He showed me the reason that the shingles were coming loose. There was some confusion getting the contract signed and a date set up, but it was resolved. Bad weather delayed the actual date of the repairs. The gentleman who came to do the work was polite. My brother pointed out two loose shingles on the edge of the roof that had been missed. They were replaced. So far all the shingles have stayed put.

They were exceptional from start to finish. The whole staff were extremely knowledgeable (including the receptionist) and Jeremiah was outstanding. I will never use anyone else for projects that are out of my scope of expertise.

All in One did a wonderful job in replacing my roof. Jeremiah came and did the estimate and the the price was comparable with other estimates. The roofers came as scheduled and completed the roof in two days.

I selected All In One Solutions based upon Angie's List reviews and I was not disappointed. They were prompt and professional. They addressed all my questions and provided to answer to some I didn't know I had. Our storage shed was is sore need of a new roof. The seal had broken and the shingles were falling off. All in One removed the existing roof (if you can call it that) and replaced it - they even went the extra step to install a vent row on top of the shed. I was very concerned about mess, nails and having the gate to our back yard left open. We have 3 dogs and if there was a nail, they would find it. Not to mention that one dog is a flight risk - so an open gate would not be good. All In One cleaned up the area so well, you would have never known they were there. The vinyl siding on the side of our house kept coming loose anytime there was a storm or high winds. Jeremiah pointed out that the siding was cracking in other places due to years of direct sun exposure. He recommended replacing the entire side to ensure that the others areas would not become a problem later and for color uniformity. Again, when they were done, other than the finished product, you would have never known they were there. My only feedback would be that I would have liked to have received a call or email letting me know the day(s) they were working as we had 2 separate jobs to be completed on two separate days. Since it was the Spring and the jobs were outside, our job was delayed due to expected bad weather. But this is very small in comparison to the wonderful job they did. I would certainly use All In One again and would not hesitate to recommend them to someone else.

They actually replaced and repaired some damaged areas. It was very good. They had a few hiccups but they came and fix that.

First off, I have never taken the time to write a review for anyone. But in this case I feel like I should. Purchasing a new roof is extremely stressful and expensive so you want the people doing it to be trustworthy. I hired All-In-One for several reasons other than the very high reputation on this site: 1 - Jeremiah was on time all 3 times I met with him and his team was on time when they showed up to do the work. Very important to me when talking about this much money. 2 - Jeremiah sold the job. He is polite, knows what he is talking about and takes the time to explain everything. After meeting with him I truly felt he was who I wanted to do the work. Just came across as a great guy. Humble and Honest His team finished the job in 1 day and did an incredible job. There was zero trash left in my yard, you honestly could not tell anyone had been there. The roof looks great and I fell great knowing it was done properly and my family and house are safe. I highly recommend All-In-One Home Solutions and would certainly use them again. The Hall's

I didn't hire them because the estimate was a little too high yet I didn't think the job was that big. They were honest and told me what I should look for. I felt comfortable with them. They were very nice and professional.

The contractor was contacted about a new roof. Within 2 hours of inquiry I was contacted by a very professional person who knew exactly what I needed and then set up the consultation. The consultant was very prompt and professional. The follow up consultation was the same. The work was scheduled and the contractor showed up right on schedule and did a great job. Close inspection after completion showed a quality install with no "corners cut". Extremely impressed with them.

They had to rebuild structural areas due to water damage and got all the work done before a major storm hit. The team was professional and hard working. The quality of the work is good and I'm very pleased.

They had the best price out of several people I called off of Angie's List. The clean up was spotless.

I was pleased from start to finish. I wasn't home for the process but all of my neighbors stated what a great job the whole crew did. They worked fast, clean-up was prompt. Jeremy and his wife Harmony explained all the details of the job, no costs were hidden. I felt that they were available to me if I had any questions or concerns. The roof looks beautiful! Gutters and downspoiuts working without any problems. I feel that the value of my home has been enhanced by the work that they did. Jeremy took pictures of my roof and was able to explain why I was having the bizarre leak in the living room. I came home several days after my new roof had been installed, a note on the door for my neighbors asking me who had done the work. I'm pleased to say that my neighbors have also used this company. It's refreshing to be treated in a decent manner. I just wish that they offered more services! I'd love to use them for all of the work I want done to my home!

All-In-One was impressive from my initial contact with them to the completion of the work. Reading materials regarding their company and the service they provide were mailed to me before they even arrived to do an estimate. The estimate was professionally prepared inclusive of photos of the existing roof. Every aspect of their estimate presentation established their credibility and instilled my confidence in them. A job I thought would have taken 3-4 days was completed in a single day. It was amazing. Were it not for the impressive new roof, I would not have known they were there. What an exceptional job from beginning to end. Al-In-One are true professionals and great people.

Over the course of the 3 years we lived in our old house we lost 11 shingles. They did a patch job and supposedly caulked around the vents but were done very very quickly.

We used a "Big Deal" offer for a roof inspection. We first left a message for an appointment that was not returned. We were able to set up an appointment on the second call. The worker arrived on time and was very nice and professional. He worked for about 45 minutes, fixing several popped nails and some loose flashing. We were impressed enough by the work to request an estimate on guttering. We were told someone would call us back, but we were again not contacted. Good service, but communication skills need work.

Arrival was delayed by snow, then rain but they kept in contact and I was aware of situation. Work was done neatly and professionally. What else can I say? Pleasant people to deal with.

Jeremiah was extremely easy to work with; very pleasant and professional. He provided pictures of all the areas on my roof with which he was concerned, and the presentation of the proposal and contract was very professional and detailed. They arrived when expected and worked diligently, taking care not to damage any shrubbery. I was especially impressed on the last day of the project when, with rain called for the next day, the crew worked almost 12 hours to get the job done! And impressed once again a day or two later when Jeremiah came by to give the project a final check and removed some small debris that had been overlooked (it WAS dark when the crew left on the final day!). Would highly recommend All-In-One!!

He told me what I needed, told me his secretary would send an estimate. I called the office today, and the secretary didn’t know anything about my estimate, I asked her to contact him, and ask him to do the professional thing and send the estimate with a letter letting me know if he wants or doesn’t want my business.

Wonderful!!! On time, at the price quoted, very efficient and Manger came by to check the work when completed and talk with us about the project. The Manager on site took pictures of the roof where we had a leak and it was very helpful to actually see the roof area. Great experience.
