I had contacted a service provider I had used years before. Crowe Services, Inc. said they would take care of it Friday afternoon. Supposedly they cleared the line but by Saturday the system was still unusable. , I called Crowe to follow up and as of today I am still waiting for a phone call. Ken was professional from the beginning. Explained his services, fees and timeframe. All went well, the line was cleared, he took the initiative to correct a defect and pumped the tank properly. I will use his services again when the time arises.

They went all out to get it taken care of in one day. The job required excavating the tank top as it was buried fairly deep. They also had to excavate the line to the distribution box to fix the problem, They checked the drain field and found it to be working fine. Really nice crew and very professional.

Affordable septic pumped our tank and cut off the cleanout port so that it is just below ground level. I was very pleased with the individual that came to do the work--professional, polite, and offered thoughtful suggestions and recommendations

Eric worked very hard to dig out the tank and spent several hours trying the clear a clog with the assistance of another worker, Paul. They were very professional and persisted until the job was finished. Eric explained some options I could explore to make the excavation easier and less expensive in the future. His explanations of the problem were clear and professional. He gave me the 10% senior discount at my request, but accidentally overcharged me $5. Ken, the owner, called to correct this the following day. I am very pleased with the service and will hire them again.

Eric called to arrange a convenient time, actually called to explain a delay, did his job, and provided a discount to an Angie member. This doesn't sound exceptional but in this type of service job, it is.

Affordable Septic is a class act. The owners walk you through the process, let you know what the timing will be, etc. In my case, they were dealing with an old drain field that was created using sub-par material, so I spent more than I wanted to. Not their fault. They could have easily used what was there, but instead they had an honest conversation with me and worked with me to stay reasonable on price.

These guys are great. They showed up on time. We had trouble locating the septic tanks at both properties, but they were very helpful and patient. They even helped make some calls to see if we could get plats that showed the septic tanks. After failed attempts to locate the tanks at both properties, we decided to try again the next day. They brought in a small excavator to locate one tank - found it, repaired a hole in a pipe, and pumped it. We also located the other tank which they pumped. Great service. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Courteous, knowledgeable and capable folks. Found that system was working very well. That is remarkable since it had not been pumped out since it was new in 1978. Closed it up and said it should be good for another 30 years. Job done and no surprises.

The inspector was very friendly and knowledgeable, he did not try to rip me off with services I didn't need. He also provided me with tips on how to maintain and care for my first septic tank, which I really appreciated.
