Description of Work: ADT routinely raises their monthly rate, even if no service has been provided for a long time. When you call to protest, they say, 'OK, we won't raise your rate because yo called to complain.' This is unethical at best. After the last increase I called to cancel telling them I was switching providers. They offered to match the $16.99 rate of the other provider. Great, I've been paying over $50 a month for no reason. Then when I paid the $16.99 I got a bill for the difference, so I called agin. The customer service rep told me she could see when I was offered the lower rate, but she couldn't fix it and she wasn't able to cancel my service. What a scam. I finally cancelled my service in writing, but still had to pay $68.00 due to their scam/incompetence.

+ -1 moreThey don’t have the best price. I never had an alarm system before so I cannot tell the difference as far as service is concerned. I have unique situation in my home but the way they handle it was not very well. It’s just the way they set up the alarm system that I was not really satisfied.
Description of Work: I’ve only had alarms system by ADT Security Inc.
