+ 0 moreBe clear with the contractor on expectations down to the last detail like where will the rest of material be stored or carried away, and what portions of the front yard will not be returned to "before project" condition to include seeding area.
Description of Work: Installed walkway (pavers) in front of the house. Overall finished product (walkway) looks great but had some issues with but clean-up not done in a timely manner until couple reminders and then only partially. Some parts of old slate 2x3" and rocks just thrown in the yard with the rest of dirt that had to be removed to make room for install. Rest of yard repair not evenly raked to return to nice front yard. Not quite the professional job i thought i was expecting but he is just starting out.

+ 0 moreThe whole experience was rather smooth. Mike encoutered a gas leak in my lamp post and contacted the proper authorities to handle the situation. This was very courteous, the minor situation provided no inconvenience for me. . To this day, that jungle of ivy and honeysuckle has yet to come back. Overall I was very satisfied with the price, the timeline, and the final outcome. That is why he is the ONLY landscaper I call when I have a project.
Description of Work: I have been using Mike for landscaping ever since he re-landscaped my overgrown, neglected landscaping in 2007. I have since called upon his services for just about every one of our Investment properties. Whether it is mowing, a quick spruce up, or a complete demo, design, and installation. Mike also maintains all of our properties and would not consider hiring anyone else. No matter what our budget is for the project Mike always makes sure we have the best value for our money.

+ -1 moreWhen he showed up, I went out to meet him, he was extremely pesonable, & very confident in his work (which he has every right to be). He went to work and before I knew, he was knocking on my door to let me know he had finished. I stepped out and expected a half done job since it was on such short notice, and he was done quickly. To my complete surprise, the yard looked better than it had in a while. I was extremely impressed, and voiced that to him. He also gave me a few pointers on how to maintain it myself, and ran some ideas by me to spruce up the curb appeal. All in all, things couldn't have been better. I let everyone know this guy is where it's at. I wouldn't hesitate to tell you to call him today, just to meet him and hear his ideas. He'll have you hooked in no time. I will be calling him again soon. Fantactic!
Description of Work: Mike came to the house twice, on short notice, to mow and clean up my yard while my father was out of town. He mowed the yard in an impressive time, striped my yard, trimed, weedeated, and blew away the clippings.
