Paul contacted me within a couple days of my inquiry and set an appt for the inspection. I really appreciated his good nature when I had to reschedule because of family business. He arrived for the inspection on time and was very comfortable with me trailing after him to ask questions and understand various house issues. He explains things very well and not only identifies issues but gives practical advice for resolving them. He was thorough with excellent attention to detail. I would recommend him to others needing a home inspection.

Paul provided excellent service when he did the home inspection on the house we want to buy. His attention to detail is great and we really liked his willingness to answer any question. The report was timely and thorough and covered things we never even thought of.. Now we will be moving to a house we will be comfortable in, knowing a few repairs will keep it in great shape for years to come. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

"...To begin, you’re willingness to accommodate my home inspection needs into your schedule on such short notice was greatly appreciated! The fact that it was cold, rainy and miserable on both occasions…well; all I can say is what a trooper and showed complete professionalism and commitment to the job… The first inspection you conducted for me revealed significant factors; property needed a new roof, multiple electrical, as well as, ventilation issues. These had not been apparent on my own visual examination of the property. And as a result of your inspection, I decided not to proceed with the purchase, avoiding thousands of dollars in repairs. Taking into consideration some of the things I learned from the first inspection, I continued my search and eventually found another property. Paul was great to work with and I'd be happy to use him again or recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection. He was on time and quick to return phone calls and emails. He inspected every room in the house as well as all of the appliances. His inspection was extremely thorough; every outlet, light switch, faucet, drain, appliance, window, the roof, the attic, ceiling fans, the foundation, everything. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions and explain things to me in a way that made it easy to understand. He allowed me to be at the house during the inspection and follow him room to room. This didn't seem to bother him at all. I really feel like he had my best interest in mind as we went through the house. Once the inspection was complete, he took a day or two to compile all of his information, along with photos (and 1 video), into a well organized and user friendly report in a PDF. This was great because we could download it to our computer and our iPad for viewing at our convenience. He also went above and beyond in more ways than one. The house I was looking at needed some improvements and he was giving me ideas as well as tips on how to make the house work for me and my family. This was helpful specifically for us because we were looking at a farm house that needed renovations and he had lived in a farm house for a portion of his life that he and his family did a complete renovation of. He also had to make a second trip because the state of a few items in the house prohibited him from doing a complete inspection the first time around. I could not have been happier with his services and I would recommend him to anyone asking for a knowledgeable and professional home inspector.
