Murray's Tree & Landscaping

Very nice and courteous team of people that did the work.

I had already gotten another estimate for the work when someone from Murray's Tree and Landscaping knocked on my door. They were doing work in my neighborhood and offered to do the work that day, at a great price. I looked them up on Angie's List, and was satisfied with what I saw, so I hired them. Pros: They did a great job taking down both trees and cleaning up. They explained everything that they were going to do in advance. Cons: They did not come back within the time frame that they had given to me to grind the stump (I hadn't paid for that part yet). They wanted another week or two to do the work. I let them know that if they couldn't meet our original time commitment, that I would give the work to someone else. They showed up that day and did the work, and did a great job.

They had a short turnaround time. They scheduled things and came out right away and did the job. They are responsive and their price is really reasonable. They have done some work for me before and they had done really high quality work and I was happy.

I would recommend them. I had a dying tree and the guy stopped by to see if I was interested in taking it down. The guy was very professional and they were bonded and everything. He seemed the most professional of all the people that stopped by. He completely honored his estimate. They were timely when they came back to do the work. They were very good. They were not the cheapest, but they were worth it. You get what you pay for.

They did a great job. They cleaned up everything. They came when they were supposed and got the job done in a timely manner. I felt that is was a very reasonable price. I would use them again.

After getting three estimates from Murray's and other companies, Murray's followed up a number of times without being pushy or using high pressure sales tactics. They were able to work with us and beat the lowest bid. They came the night before the scheduled work and left a truck with the wood chipper parked in front of our house. This was acceptable to us. They arrived the day of work on time, were very professional, and genuinely interested in working with us. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the property was left in excellent condition. The crew of five truly worked as a team. When the timber would fall, they knew exactly where it would land and how to move it efficiently with no damage to our property or surrounding properties. While the work was being done on our property, neighbors would drive by, notice the workmanship, and also contracted for work on their respective properties.

In 3 days, they transformed the backyard. Their motto seems to be "you don't pay until you're satisfied."
