Drewry Home Inspections, Inc. (DHI) of Northern Virginia is a family owned and operated business. It was founded in 1988 by David R. Drewry. DHI is currently owned and operated by David’s son, Mark Drewry and his wife Christy Drewry. Since its inception in 1988, DHI has performed over 20,000 home inspections in the Northern Virginia area. DHI was established to assist prospective home buyers in the decision-making process regarding the purchase of new and resale homes in Northern Virginia. DHI is incorporated in the State of Virginia and is a licensed business in Culpeper County.

Services we offer

A home inspection evaluates the major components of a home. This is to enable a potential home owner to gain knowledge of the current condition of the home and it's various systems. A standard home inspection will evaluate the: Roof, Exterior, Grounds and Drainage, Heating and Air Conditioning Systems, Plumbing, Electrical, Kitchen and Laundry, Bathrooms, Interior Rooms, Garage and/or Carport, Attic, and Foundation. DHI provides a printed and emailed computerized report for each inspection.

Services we don't offer

We DO NOT offer repair services for defects found, termite inspections and septic/well inspections.
