C&J and I did a walk through several days before this project was to start. I identify the trees to be removed. I could not be at home on the day of the project because, C&J had to switched the date for the project to be completed (my husband was home). One of the main trees that I contracted to be removed was not removed (instead they asked my husband if they could remove another tree). In addition, they did not remove all the stumps as stated in the contract. I am very unhappy with this last minute change of trees and the stumps left behind (I signed the contract, not my husband). Now I will have to hire someone remove this tree and grind the stumps left behind by C&J . However, C&J is willing to come back and charge me another $800.00 ( 500.00 if they happen to be in the area). I should not have to pay them a second time for what I contracted them to do the first time.

Chris did a great job for a pretty reasonable price. They are prompt and curteous. The yard looks wonderful.....lots of "curb appeal"! I will definitely hire them again.

Chris from C&J was very helpful from the beginning. He made a point to keep in contact with us at all times when things came up. (Weather permitting situations) I was never left to wonder if I was going to receive my service or not. Ultimately I got a better quality product because of Chris. He arrived on time as he was willing to work around payment types. Overall I'm very satisfied with Chris's company and will use him again when needed.

They cleaned up very well at the end, gave advice, very neatly done. They turned a jungle into a decent property.

Excellent service, excellent value for money, and high quality work. They helped envision what needed to be done in my yard in general. My only reservation is that they don't work with an arborist, so they're not true tree experts. Nonetheless, they do high quality work.

Over the course of several seasons I had a variety of tree projects completed. During which he also offered some additional landscaping that he could do for me, and I had him do those projects too. He was great at understanding my needs, offering his own expertise, and providing an excellent quality of work. He's done such great work that I haven't needed him back for a while now, but I definitely have his number and won't hesitate to contact him if I need any further tree or landscaping work.

I was impressed with their professionalism. Their prices were very competitive. I was impressed with their honesty. They took down a couple trees for me. One of which was a huge, probably 100 year old, oak without any damage or injuries. That was an impressive thing to see. I will be having them back in the Spring. I've referred them to others for additional jobs, something I don't usually do, and I haven't gotten any complaints from them.
