Description of Work: I contacted Mr. Roberts by phone on Thursday. He stated he was in a near by neighborhood and would come by my house later that afternoon. He never showed up. I called him the next day, he came by and we discussed having our deck replaced and asked for an estimate. A week later he called and came by again, with no estimate, looked at the deck again, brought a underdeck product brochure, left never to be heard from since that day. We are anxious to get this deck replaced. Oh well....we contacted other builder on same day. Came the next day, within a week we had an estimate. We are trying to get more than one.

+ -1 moreHe is a really good guy with great prices. His work is top notch and he is really reliable. He is just a good trustworthy guy who gives you his honest opinion and fair prices. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
