Greg did Outstanding Job finding and installing big water heater for our home. Showed up right on time, installed within good timeframe, was courteous and professional. Had to turn water heater down, because water is too hot now. No where like it used to be. Iâ m planning to use for more upcoming plumbing projects. Excellent Job !!

I needed a kitchen sink unclogged. I was contacted by the company at around 3PM on a Saturday, and 3 hours later, Asim arrived. He quickly assessed the problem, worked efficiently, and explained what he was doing any time I asked. Very professional, courteous, and knew exactly what to do. He made sure that if any follow up was necessary I could contact him directly. Would definitely use again, and would specifically ask for Asim if he is available.

Really a nice guy. He explained the issue and how to fix it. He even identified another water pipe problem and suggested a repair. He was done quickly and cleaned up totally. He followed Covid 19 health regulations as well. Hire Greg to get things done.

Service agent who came had poor mask compliance while in my home, additionally did not demonstrate knowledge of fixes and ended up fixing it myself in the time he was there.

Hired them to replace sewer from house to sidewalk where there was a connection pipe to main that failed. There was no oversight of the crew by Greg during the initial **fix** which lasted only a week before the sewer started to back-up. To his credit, Greg immediately responded and brought out a camera and several snakes, but he was unable to dislodge the obstruction which was at the connection pipe location. The crew was requested for Monday, did not show until Thursday. OSHA showed up and fined the crew for unsafe digging and required special boxes so that trench dug did not collapse. Those were delivered on Friday, but the crew was a no-show. Was promised Saturday but the crew did not show again. At which point, I informed Greg that he was fired and requested a full refund as previously agreed. Refund never sent. The company I hired resolved the problem, at the connection point, in 1 day. It did require a digger that could go 18 feet down. I suspect that Gregs crew did not have a digger with this capability and stopped at a point where their digger could no longer operate and claimed the repair was complete. And Loudoun Water never received the promised photos from Gregs crew to pass inspection.

First up, they contacted me rightaway. I read their reviews and decided to go with them. Asim was the tech who cme out for the job, he was excellent. Very polite and knowledgeable. He told me what was needed and He fied a water problem & he installed the gas line. He even contacted me to check to see if I was satisfied and if all was okay.. I really liked GK Plumbing Svcs.

Called a local plumber to fix sink faucet, he just couldnâ t do it . Found GK plumbing on home advisor. Asim from gk showed up on time, surely the work was more, not just screwing and unscrewing parts.. old Fauct had to be cut.. Asim showed great amount of patience . Did the excellent job , removed old fauct and placed new one. On top of everything, no surprises in terms of pricing. Charged what originally quoted.
