They did a great job and worked very hard for the two hours

I am delighted! These ladies know what they are doing and do it with excellence. They exceed my expectation everytime they come now every 2 weeks. They don't have a problem with special request and my home is left sparkling clean. Ceiling fans, baseboards ,headboard, even help me straighten my closets. They take good care of my home and I take good care of them out of gratitude. English is limited but understanding needs is no problem. Great folks!!!!

The initial interview and quote went very well. We wanted a price for cleaning the whole house top to bottom, as opposed to number of hours. We were given a very reasonable quote and told that would be the price regardless of how long it took. The ladies arrived on time and cleaned until the whole house sparkled. We were very impressed with their attention to detail and "little extra" touches they provided. We have since hired them to clean on a routine basis and are still very happy with their level of service.

They spent too much time on non-tangibles like baseboards and kitchen appliances and ran out of time to clean the upstairs. 2 people for 2 hours. Hard to communicate with them as they spoke very little English. Had to pay them extra so they could stay and finish just the downstairs. One of the cleaners spent a lot of time on her cellphone instead of cleaning. Not a very big house. I can clean the whole house in 4 hours. In that time they cleaned the Kitchen, Dining Room ,Office, Family Room and a Half Bath. Although they cleaned them very well, they were not efficient as professionals should be.

They sent two workers for two hours. They were thorough, but very slow. They felt they had to lift up every item to clean every little thing, so that slowed them down. I wanted them to focus on cleaning the bathrooms and floors instead of what was in the containers on the counters.

The company never showed up nor did they call explaining why.

Great, they really busted their tails to get my house move in ready and even came on Saturday to work with my schedule. Very happy with their service!

Spent over the amount of time I hired them for but didn't charge me any extra. Very thorough work and brought their own supplies. Email communication was a little difficult with the company but otherwise, a great experience.

There were suppose to be 4 workers for eight hours and only 3 showed up and only two wanted to work. O ended up having to help them with the work and I should not have had to do that. They are a small company that is not equipped for big jobs.

It was okay. It wasn’t as professional as I had hoped. Maybe my expectations are a little bit high, I don’t know. They left the area pretty clean.

Great! What started as an Angie's List Deal of the Week has turned into a regular routine. So glad to have these ladies help out around our household.

The cleaning went very well. The scheduling process was not efficient.

They did a beautiful job! I have been trying out different cleaning service companies for the last few months looking for the right fit. Without question, Yanes' was far superior to all of the other companies I've tried. They were incredibly thorough. I think I finally found the right cleaning service!

The two ladies that came to our house were very thorough and we were very pleased with the deep cleaning provided to our house. We had originally used a coupon for 3 hours worth of service for the main level but the required level of work for our house which included 6 bathrooms ended up taking 7-8 hours for the ladies. They were very accommodating for adding the extra work. We were very pleased with their effort and the house looked great! They cleaned even the smallest things I would overlook like the rubber footings for our dish drying rack. We were very impressed.

They were very unprofessional, could not find their way to our home and were so late that I we had to cancel them. I am trying to get my money back.

It was very strange, they didn't speak any English so it was very hard to communicate. I hadn't even set up an appointment yet, and got a message on my machine saying they came and were waiting on me. The two women that ended up coming did a great job! They spent two hours in my kitchen and bathroom, so had to pay them extra to do the rest of my home. The price was very fair and the women were very sweet and kind. I can't say enough on how well they cleaned it was just odd and hard to communicate, I couldn't even say "Hi" and have them understand. They continued to keep coming to my house thinking I was on a routine schedule and I couldn't communicate to tell them it was a one time thing. I even called to tell them not to come and they wouldn't understand me that way either. I highly suggest that they find way to communicate, it was pretty ridiculous.

Yanes Cleaning did an excellent job. They arrived when they said they would and were flexible in changing our day of cleaning. I have used cleaning services before and have not had good luck in finding one that cleaned to my expectations. Yanes Cleaning is very detailed and cleans everything, including my oven. We are very pleased with their service and highly recommend them.

It went well, although just hitting the high spots didn't seem to be an option, haha. The ladies went straight to work deep cleaning and straightening up, which wasn't entirely necessary, but still appreciated. They only got through the upstairs within our 2 hour time frame, but they stayed even longer to finish what we needed in the downstairs at no extra charge, as well. To us, that was so nice and the sign of an honest business. If we used cleaning services on a regular basis, we'd definitely recommend Yanes. They do a great job!

Elba and her team were FABULOUS!! I was so excited to have a spotless house. They are extremely detailed. It was easy to set up and I just paid for the time they went over. Their prices are more than fair and I was so impressed with the level of cleaning. I scheduled my next cleaning for January.
