+ -1 moreReal Deal said, "Service provider will do an initial estimate prior to starting to determine the size and scope of the job." This part of the process was not implemented. Our first contact with Yanes Cleaning was to discover an email and phone messages when we returned from out of state that they had set an appointment and come to the house without our confirmation. We then agreed on a time. Cleaners were prompt and pleasant. In my experience, ovens are extra, but Yanes cleaned the oven unprompted, even tackling the inside glass that had stumped my husband. The chandelier was done, which other companies didn't touch. Care was taken to arrange items grouped together in a pleasing manner. The house seemed really clean upon completion. The two-person team was there for four hours, one more hour than contracted. I think they could have completed in three hours, but it was a comfortable pace. Other companies have send four people for one hour, but it was more frantic; not as thorough.
Description of Work: Angie's List Real Deal for six hours of housekeeping for $119.

+ -1 moreBest housekeepers I have ever had and I've had many over the years. I immediately booked them for every two weeks. I expect they will get booked solid quickly and I wanted to make sure I became on of their "regulars" before they would no longer be available.
Description of Work: In my two floor home I needed the first floor very throughly cleaned. Dusting baseboards, washing down applicance handles and door frames ontop of the regular stuff of dusting and vacuuming and bathroom and kitchen cleanup. In general I need detailed cleaning. They stayed busy the entire period and I am having them back in 2 weeks to do the same of the upstairs.
