The technician was on time but seemed frustrated with taking the fireplace apart, stopped and started diagnosing without testing it, said it was the valve He eventually tested it after i complained about diagnosing based off of experience. He found the ckt board to be faulty and put said i should order it vs them. I complained when he left and they said they would reduce the service charge from 79 to 50 and I agreed. Of. Course i received a bill of 79.00 and i called to complain and they did not have any record of the previous conversation... avoid this company at all costs!! Bigger is not better, it means more corrupt.

This project was a disaster. I initially met with the salesman in November and we scheduled the installation for January. During our initial meeting I asked the salesman if the work could be done if I were not home because it is difficult for me to get days off from work. He indicated that it would be no problem. I was told that the generator would be installed and then the City would need to come to my house for the inspection. I was led to believe this would all be done on the same day. I also signed up for a no interest payment plan that day, or so I thought. The installation was started in January and finished in April, yes it took three months. During those three months there were delays due to obtaining a permit, 2 City inspections that they insisted I be home for, and work which needed to be done on the gas line which was not in the initial assessment. I told Woodfin I would not pay one cent until the work was done, which they agreed to. In the interim, I continued to receive statements weekly, and sometimes twice a week, with accruing finance charges. I notified the salesman and the finance charges were removed. When the work was completed I began payments in accordance with what I believed was my finance agreement. Again I was receiving statements weekly with finance charges accruing. I notified the salesman and 48 hours later still have not heard back from him. Also, during upgrading of my electrical box, three holes were punched through the drywall into the room on the backside of the electrical box. The drywall was cut below the electrical box and was poorly and incompletely repaired. I was told that they would send someone over to repair the drywall and to paint but that never happened. If I had to do it again I would not hire Woodfin. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a company.

All 3 technicians arrived as scheduled and performed inspections per the Comfort Plan maintenance contract. All 3 techs provided a detailed report of their inspection and provided additional maintenance tips as well as expected life of service for our AC units. All 3 techs were knowledgeable in their trade and seemed to go out of their way in providing the right information.

The sink is out of level and water inputs behind sink interfere with the trap system. Called for fix. Comment by Woodfin "plumber" - can't fix the level and use duck tape to stick water inputs to the wall.

Pretty seamlessly. They even went in the backyard without knocking on the door (with permission, as I told them where the fill spout was) and filled the tank without any unnecessary noise or disturbance.

We had a 16yr old power vent gas water heater acting up. After the second visit we decided to replace instead of fix due to the age and difficulty with replacement parts. Our plummer was great, came out on time and was able to get the job done well in 1 day. The install took more time than estimated but they didn't adjust the labor charge. I probably could have shopped around for a better price but based on the promptness of service and professionalism I would recommend them.

The workman are always very nice. I use them all the time. One person came out to complete the service. They never disappointed me. They're dependable, and they always send nice people out. I'm comfortable with them being in my home.

There were 4 workers. It took 2 days. I've used them for years and they've always been very responsive, very professional, friendly and do a good job. They left the area very clean. They did a good job. It worked great. I am pleased.

Excellent! Faucet leak in sink was fixed in a matter of a few minutes. Several different reasons for the bathtub leak were checked, finally it was determined that the gasket behind the overflow relief was no longer functional. Robert replaced the gasket, as well as caulking around the shower control and drain pipe. Leaking problem stopped.

Woodfin delivers the same day or next day. I receive a discount for payment at time of delivery.

It's been a long time since I've had such all-around great service from a company. I won't use anyone else.

It has been generally good. They came to see me last Wednesday and it’s clear that something needs to be done in the immediate future because the air conditioning is not running well and we’re still experiencing temperatures above 90 degrees every day and so I really want this done soon and I now find that it’s probably going to be the end of next week before it can be done and I’m disappointed about that. I don’t know if that’s really a basis for not giving them an A but I would have been more inclined to give them an A if they had been able to do this work sooner. It’s probably not reasonable from a doing business standpoint on their side but it would be helpful for me if they have more staff available to take care of these things more quickly.

I am sure the price is competitive.

We got a replacement from them for our A/C system and they maintain it. We have a whole house contract with them for heating and A/C, plumbing and electrical. We have used them for all three of them. They have done a really good job.

Due to extremely busy schedule, provider was rescheduled from original date and time the week before. Patrick, the technician arrived during the scheduled window and began the inspection with a discussion of any problems, concerns or equipment added or removed over the past year. He then did a complete, thorough and professional inspection of all breakers, boxes, plugs and switches both inside and outside the home. He was very knowledgeable and provided some tips and recommendations before leaving. The inspection was completed in a little over an hour.
