It was explained that a letter was needed for the insurance companie from the start and that there was no power in the house. They told me what it would cost per hour to check and possible fix the problem.. The technicians came on time and found the problem with in an hour, they needed to replace parts that they did not have on their truck. They came back 45 minutes later and was finished within 15 minutes. The problem began when the technician wrote up the bill, he charged me from the time they left their office 45 minutes of time, then they charged me for the 45 minutes that they needed to go find and get the parts that were needed to complete the work. Lastly the letter I asked for from the begining was not recieved untill I pushed and pushed for it. The first letter was just like a reciept, and I had to re-explain for the umteeth time what I needed. Finally they got it rght. During this process i did not recieved return call from Fred as promised. I would be told that he would call me and he never did. Now Ii still need an upgrade, but they will not be the ones to do it. It was frustrating not geting return calls promised. Also, they should have made it clear that charges begin from the time they leave their office, i wouod have called a company closer to me.

The lamppost stopped working the previous weekend. Thought it might be burnt out bulbs, but that was not the case. Contacted W.L. Wachter requesting their service. Arrived promptly the day after my call and completed the repair in less than one hour. The photocell had gone bad. Thankfully, this was not a major repair. But even though the job was small, the company was very professional and responsive.

We are satisfied with the electrical work and all the recess lighting they installed. They had to refuse some old wires and replace it with new wires. The electricians were very experienced with all the electrical work they did. The price was reasonable for their service.
