Bad. I had to get my own part. They were late opening. Voice mail full. Hours of operation posted incorrectly
Description of Work: First they were late. When i told them what i needed, they sent me down the street to get my own part. Replaced my window regulator, 2 days later rain started getting in car. Took it back,after waiting for hours for someone to open, they said nothing they did without checking. Took to dealer..Found out they left out window sealer. I called Windshield Express to let them know. The owner was rude and didn't offer an apology. Other things to note: They don't answer the phone, voice mail was full. Hours not as posted. sign says open on Saturdays..not true
