Window World Of Richmond has good selection of styles. They do quick efficient work.

They were great, they were wonderful. We had shopped around and they offered the best price. They were about half the price of everyone else. We scheduled and appointment and they showed up on time. Within two or three hours they had everything installed. They cleaned up after themselves. We have not had any issues at all. They were very good.

They were excellent. They were very professional and very punctual and did what they said they were going to do.

They were great. We checked their rating on Angie's List and it was right on point. From the beginning with the sales pitch through the installation, everything was smooth. The salesman was a previous installer so his knowledge was great. The project only took a day and half. On the exterior windows, there was still lead in the paint due to our home being older so they did the proper covering and matched the windows to the exterior of the home. When they left, there wasn't a speck left behind. They were very easy to deal with. During the year since our new windows, we've seen a difference in our electric and heating bills.

The windows are of higher quality than what was in my house when it was built. Their installers were fast, professional, neat, and made sure the view from the street looked like before. I think the salesperson was a bit too thorough in his selling of their product, though for some people they might like that level of detail. I would absolutely call them again.

I obtained 3 estimates-- 1 from Sears, which was comically outrageous, another from Window World, and another from a local small business. The latter two were competitive in price, with Window World being about $200 cheaper. Being somewhat fiscally challenged, and knowing I wasn't planning on staying in the house for an eternity, I chose Window World since they were cheaper. I purchased 8 windows from them. They were able to install them about a week earlier than promised. For a small fee (which was well worth it) they took down and put back up my blinds, too. The way they installed the windows required a tiny modification to the exterior of my townhouse, but it was enough of a modification that my HOA threw a fit and required me to make some changes that hid the unsightly modification that resulted from the new window frames. Window World promptly and courteously took care of that charge at my request. There was also slight damage to a wall perpendicular to one of my kitchen windows (and quot;sometimes these things happen when you are taking out these types of windowsand quot;, I was told) but the installer spackled that up for me, and I am sure that it will look just fine once I get around to re-painting the wall. One thing unexpected was that one of the installers had to do a little pest control after one of the windows on the bottom floor had been pulled out. There must have been a million tiny ants entering my house from that opening. I had never seen so many ants! I retrieved my can of Raid and sprayed those critters as he helped catch the army that continued to invade. I was freaking out, but he was very helpful and handled it very professionally.

They were fast and efficient. They had a great price and worked around my schedule.

We only received an estimate, but the salesman was very informative. My only complaint is that we were not informed about the rating requirement needed to apply for a tax rebate (not currently available). We ended up using another company, but when I receiving the follow-up call from them, the woman I spoke with was understanding and expressed a hope that we will be happy with who we had chosen. The third company we received an estimate from was rude and spoke badly about our choice. Overall, a very good experience.

The two men they sent out to our house were very nice and professional. We are very happy with the quality of windows. We like that there is a screen built into the window. Makes our house look new. The only thing that I did not like is that we had to take down all of our blinds and curtains around all our windows and put it back. This was very inconvenient. I think it would have been alot quicker for these window people to do it instead of us. It has been like 2 weeks and we still have to rooms where we still do not have blinds back up.

They showed up on time and communicated really well. They gave us an estimate of what time they were going to come out. I had no problems with them.

The sales rep. was pleasant and professional, and his price estimate matched the final billing to the penny. The installers were extraordinary (three men from Kosovo). They removed the old windows, installed the new, caulked the seams, and cleaned the work area in what seemed like about an hour (due to some difficulty with the casements, it was actually somewhat longer). For installing regular double-hung windows, however, their speed and efficiency was commendable. They also pointed out a couple of problem areas when they removed the old windows, which I was able to repair before the new windows were installed. The quality of the replacement windows seems to be good (they have been in use for about 16 months). The design of the replacements, however, allows for the collection of dust, debris, and especially tree pollen at the bottom of the window frame, and cleaning at least twice a year is a bit of a chore because the design of that section of the window does not allow for a quick sweeping or hosing out of the collected debris.

The men who installed the windows called me to ask if they could come a little early! I liked that. They were efficient in their work and cleaned up behind themselves. Before they left they instructed me in how my windows worked in order to clean them. I was pleased with the entire process and the professionalism exhibited by the installers.

Went well, the salesman was a little too "typical salesman" but not bad. Windows are great. They did a good cleanup. Overall, very happy

We used WW previously to replace 29 windows and sliding glass doors in our home. They did an excellent job so we had them return to provide guidance and an estimate on a new front door with storm door and shutters. We requested Corey, the same salesman we had for our windows. He spent a great deal of time with us and provided ideas we wouldn't have thought of. The installer was wonderful. He was an employee of WW; not a subcontractor. Our home is a bit older so it was quite a job getting the new door to fit perfectly. If it wasn't perfect, the installer took it out and made more adjustments. It turned out that our interior trim would not work with the new door because of the way it was done on the original construction. He left for a little while, returned with new trim and installed it. He indicated that WW would contact us for any additional charges for the trim replacement. The shutters went up quickly and expertly. The following Monday WW contacted us to advise there was no additional charge for the new trim. We've loved working with them so much that we ordered a side entry door and asked for the same salesperson and installer. In both cases, we got exactly what we paid for and expected. They arrived on time for both the initial visit and installation. I recommend them often.

We liked the look and quality of the windows. The office follow up and business response seemed very poor and unorganized.

They were excellent. They were on time and they were very efficient. They cleaned up all the debris. They worked and finished the job and they did not draw any attention to themselves.

There carpentry work was not on a craftsman's type level. The worst infraction that was obvious, was that they broke a piece of trim in my upstairs bathroom. I wrote right on the final payment that they would come back out and fix that piece of trim at their expense. Before I got that settled down, it took me about 15 calls to get some one to respond. They never came back out to fix the trim. I found out that the work was sub contracted out. It took a month of calling to get someone out and they never showed. It took four attempts for them to actually come out and fix it.

Window World was great! From the salesman to the installers I was thoroughly impressed with WW. The salesman was on time and very friendly. He was very knowledgeable of the products and did not try to pressure me into anything. The installers were great as well. While they were late arriving they finished the job in the dark and did a great job. The windows look great and were a great value. The whole project from salesman to install was done within one month.

Wonderful sales service, detailed explanation of window types from sales. Fast turn around professional installation. Clean up was a little shotty and the windows weren't wiped down like I expected they would be once installed.

Everything was great. One of the workers broke the blind wand and Matt wouldn't replace it. I don't use them anymore as I feel if they broke it, they should fix it.

I really liked the guy that came out to do my windows he was professional and courteous. He also worked very hard throughout the day so he could get done on deadline. If I ever need any more window work I will definitely use them.

I had twenty seven windows replaced in my home with this company and they did an outstanding job. My windows never looked as good as they do now. I really like the workers as well; they were never rude to me.

It was just a disaster. They did okay on the vinyl wrapping and two of the windows, but on one window I ordered a walnut wood trimmed window, and they couldn't seem to get the right window. They brought five windows that were all damaged and had to be replaced. They damaged an area around the window when removing a window. I finally just told them to just fit the window in and it turned out to be laminated, not walnut. They did so bad they gave me that window for free. The cost was over the estimate. Terrible quality control.

Window World of Richmond did a very good job installing our new windows. All the employees we spoke to at the company were very professional. I was happy with the work they did I thought they took their time and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I would definitely hire them again.
