Description of Work: Installed 2 color windows throughout the house. The sales rep was extremely professional and courteous. Called several times during the installation process. The installers were equally nice and kept everything cleaned up. Would happily use them again.

Description of Work: Window World came last year....definitely not 2014. They were here on the date and time agreed upon, put two windows in rapidly and departed. Several weeks later we noted a crack in the glass of one window. They returned very quickly and made the repair without hesitation.

Description of Work: We got an estimate from Window world. The man showed up on the wrong day but he was nice and seemed knowledgeable. They give you a written estimate before leaving. They are the cheapest but from what we can tell the quality was not the same. It is hard to compare companies. They each give a song and dance about why theirs is the best but after meeting with 4 companies, I discovered every one has a reason why their windows are the best and can't be compared to others. Then you are left knowing next to nothing since each product is slightly different
