Description of Work: Replaced timing belt, tensiometer, oil pump, right engine motor mount, front brake rotors and pads. These guys are on it. I took my car to them late afternoon, picked it up the next afternoon. I was so impressed. I cannot say enough about them, you need to try them for yourself.

 + 1 moreI have a 1999 Dodge Grand Caravan and have been going to Williams Auto Service for about two years. They are doing a great job of keeping it going. They are very helpful about explaining what needs to be done and help me set priorities as I have a limited income.
Description of Work: Virginia inspection. Replaced a tire. Repaired radiator. Oil change & filters. Probably more. Provided estimate of future needed repairs.

 + -1 moreThe car does well.This repair was performed some months ago, so the date could is be inaccurate. This is the reason I hesitated filling this out months ago, since I could not remember the date and repair terms. On the other hand, I remember it turned out well.
Description of Work: Repair one thiing (I can,t recall the name of it and the general maintenance --oil change,etc) perhaps the cost is with in the m\norm and I just did not know what to expect.

 + 0 moreI am pleased with them for the inspections so I went back for this work. My son also uses them. It is a really good company. It ended up being a bigger job but I trust them and I know that they are not playing games. They haven't given me any misinformation and I feel safe in my car. I didn't compare prices but overall in the past their prices have been comparable. They are probably on scale with the average. I feel that they did a good job. They are very responsive. It took a little longer but the tow truck didn't come so it took them a little longer. I was without my car so much longer than I had anticipated.
Description of Work: I used Williams Auto Service to replace a fuel pump and they checked my car over. They also do my yearly inspections.
