Jayden and Shai were the two young men that completed the installs. They did an amazing job and was very professional. The job was completed the same day and they showed up on time and did not take the full day to complete. I had my old walk-in shower removed and new one installed.

We had a handful of windows replaced by Skyline in early 2021 to see whether we wanted to use them for the entire house. The Skyline team during that first job, led by Billy, were perfection. Based on that experience, we placed a much larger order for window and patio door replacement. At the end of 2021, Skyline was bought by West Shore Home. Although there was initially a bit of poor communication from the new West Shore Home people, everything turned out well. Vance Everette, the manager of this new Richmond location, came out to our home and assured us that we would get the same quality install that we had previously experienced. The team that came to install 12 pieces (2 enormous windows in the front of the house, 3 sliding doors, and multiple casement and picture windows) included very experienced, thoughtful and considerate Skyline folks. Team lead Doug was such a gentleman and so professional. The entire team (TJ, Dan, BG, Matt, Big Mike and Nate) took exceptional care of our home during the install. We are very happy with the installation. To tell you how honest these formerly-Skyline installers are... one of them showed me a tiny imperfection in the glass of one of the windows. It's not something I think I ever would have noticed myself. I appreciate that West Shore Home has retained the Skyline installers because there's no better group in the business. They treat your house as if it was their own.

I had a great experience from beginning to end. The installation crew of B.G.,,Peter, Mike,T.J.,Dan ,and Matt were very professional and worked continually to install 7 windows and 1 door.

I contracted with Skyline who were bought out by West Shore homes from the time of contract to time of install. Had zero problems. Milton Valasquez's crew who installed my windows were terrific. Very easy to work with and gladly made minor adjustments I asked for during the install. Super crew of guys! All respectful and cleaned up everything very nicely before leaving. I would highly recommend Milton and his crew.

Tye and Victor did a wonderful job on my tub to walk/in shower conversion. They were prompt, professional, courteous and very attentive to my questions and concerns. They arrived at 8 am on Monday morning and finished at 2:45. The house and yard were left as if nothing happened. Was a very pleasant process. Thank you again!

The group/team of young men that came to our home to do a FULL replacement of windows were hard working (in the rain), communicated to us all that was going to happen, cleaned up any mess and washed the new windows. Each and everyone of them (Mark M. Dustin, Kemon, Jeff, Chris, Calvin) were an absolute pleasure to have in our home. I HIGHLY recommend using West Shore Home for future window replacement. AND to go out of their way, a couple months back we also used West Shore Home for a full bath replacement and one of the young men acutally put quarter round down at the base of the new bath install and POP, made it look 100% better. Just an awesome crew. They did not have to do anything to our new bath but did. THAT is servie above and beyond!

Installers were polite, efficient, followed Covid rules and generally nice guys. They did a terrific job.

From the office personnel, I believe are Nikki and Alisa, to Dan Buccola, salesperson, Tim Supervisor of Window installers, Mark, Dustin & Chris F.. I could not have asked for a better company to speak to, have to my home, upgrading all my windows. They were respectful in safeguarding all of my furniture, walls, floors from being disturbed. Their craftsmanship and work ethics were beyond what I expected. To top it all off when they left their was nothing for me to do but look out of my new windows, while I sang I can see clearly now.... Thank you West Shore Home you definitely are a 5 star company and your employees are great representatives.

We absolutely love our new shower. Everyone was great and our installers (Joe and Tray) were awesome. They allowed us to get a peek as the work was being done and explained what they were doing along the way. If you are thinking about upgrading your shower then look no further. Privette
