They did a fantastic job, respectful of my home, courteous. Installation went smoothly and quickly.

5 person team arrived within specified timeframe. Team leader introduced himself and coworkers, proceeded to explain task goals and work progression. I lead them towards work area, explained we have a few dogs and stated need to keep gate closed and secure. I briefly interacted with team to move things that may impede their progress and left them to their tasks. Team members were accommodating to the needs of our dogs and kept area secure. Appreciate the teamwork displayed and the tasks completed. As a note, I am currently employed as an inspector, first walk thru satisfactory. Will perform a detailed inspection in AM. I do not expect any problems or concerns. If anything minor appears I have been assured it will be addressed. Thank you team for your accomplishments today.

From beginning to end, this has been the easiest process. From the consultation to the finished product. I am beyond ecstatic about my new shower installation! Not only is it everything I asked for, I had the absolute best team in RVA completing my order. Sterling and Jermaine were PHENOMENAL!! I recently had the tub from my 1940's bathroom replaced with a beautiful new walk-in shower. Jeremy, Sterling, and Darshan were prompt, professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. This was a great experience. After the typical supply chain challenge(which the company communicated very well) the install process was fantastic. We replaced over 30 windows and was a big job as many on second floor. The main crew of Nathan, Mychal, Ivan and Kwari were on top of everything. Friendly, Concientious of their surroundings, I was actually surprised as to how well they performed. Clean up was great, This was a 2 and half day project. They buttoned up the site each day and did what they said they would do. Chris Spahr on the sakes side met his commitments and the process was better than I had expected. These guys are pros. Not the cheapest, but a great value all in.

I really like the installation process. A 2 day job was done in 1 day. The crew was very professional, and mannerable.

The two young men that did the work was very mannerable and professional. They completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwards.

Company was easy to work with. Crew was professional, cleaned up very well after themselves. Ha'Mari & Monte explained everything and answered all my questions. They also had a great sense of humor.

The actual workers that built the frame for our windows were gentleman. They did a great job and were super friendly.

This company NEVER came back to sign the paperwork for the Va to approve the loan to pay them. The person Shaun that was suppose to come back out have made several appt to come back with no show I call they office to have a manager to call me so they could send someone else out but she NEVER called back. This company is the worst I am feeling some kind of way maybe is it that we is black I do not know but the money was no issue we got approved for the loan I live in a nice area. I guess when I told him I need a copy of his license for the VA that could have been a problem I do not know but what I do know is if a person have the money to pay what the hell was the problem? He came on Oct 24 2022 to give me a estimated and I agree so what happen Shaun then the last thing I am going to say about this fraud company is that he have on the paperwork he is a manager which also I was told he not and never was that a red flag for me no thanks I Do Not want to do business with this company.

They were timely and customer service was outstanding They protect your things as if they were theirs. Very contientientious. My team was Adam p.,ChrisL,DeShawn G,DeonitaV, Nate T,Eric H,Nate L, Matt D. Great team. Because of them my home is tight and now sound proof.

Nathan Traylor, Dan Trainham, Matt Downing, Donnaven Chinn, Peter Smith and Kwari Conover were extremely professional and kind. They were efficient even though it was a large number of windows to replace. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.
