Jemari and Bob arrived on time and went over their work day and completed a wonderful tub to shower renovation. Very happy with their work. I would highly recommend them and West Shore Home.

The two installers Durshan and Johan from West Shore that came out to install my bathroom did an awesome job. My bathroom looks awesome! Outstanding customer service, professionalism, very knowledgeable, and answered and explained everything from start to finish. Completed the job in just one day and ready to use within 24 hours. Awesome company to do business with. Thank you very much for installing my bathtub.

The experience I had with this company especially as a first time homebuyer. Anaâ s was great she came out to my home and left nothing behind even with comparing other companies. Thus company hit my windows sooner than expected and installed sooner I was very happy! Daniel was the first to my home he explained everything and was very professional I could tell he was the team lead. Deshawn and Vicki was very professional and did their job very quickly and keep their work area clean at all times. I really enjoyed talking to them. I was I knew the gentleman name that cut the cable cord I wasnâ t using for me and told me about my gutters I tell he wanted to help me out but was only paid to do my windows lol. The entire crew was professional and got the job done quickly I was shocked and very impressed. Thank you West Shore got the amazing experience. ð ¥°

From start to finish West Shore was outstanding in Customer Service, Professionalism, Support, Installation and Cleanup! Everything was perfectly executed and completed ahead of time. We couldn't have chosen a better company for our shower install!! It is exactly as we wanted, spacious with a clean cut look! The entire transaction was effortless, and very much appreciated! A very special thank you to Anna/Sales Mgr, and Collin & Kylek/Installation Pro's. Also, thank you for enduring my children's non-stop questions! (Our 5 kids were roaming around, all under the age of 10!) We will definitely use this company in the future and reference!

3/20/23 - I was so impressed by the work they did with the shower, I had them come back for the windows. They again did a top notch job. Billy, Kiro and crew were great and friendly. Did the job way faster than I expected. Cleaned up after themselves. I love my new windows and shower.

Daniel T, and Mike G, along with Ivan Q. were the best team ever! Truly pros, they did their work beautifully and in a timely manner. Left the space immaculate. All while being friendly and pleasant. Couldâ t be happier with the new windows. Truly transformed the space.

They were on time, neat, efficient, and very respectful of our home. The project was completed in less than 8 hours, and we love it! Daniel R. and Fernando B. did a â tub to showerâ conversion for us and they were awesome. They were very professional, friendly, arrived on the early end of the time range we were given, stuck to the task at hand and were out by early afternoon. They left everything as clean as they found it (maybe cleaner?). I am happy with the new shower - canâ t wait to use it! There was one slight hiccup with a plumbing issue and Daniel arranged for someone to come tomorrow to check that out. Once that is resolved , we are good to go! So nice to be rid of the old stained fiberglass tub/shower comboâ ¦. Thanks, West Shore Home!

Billy spent time talking with me and was friendly, down to earth, and a great team leader. I recommend this group to replace any door. They made sure everything fit properly and paid great attention to detail. Everything was clean when they left. I could not be more pleased with their work.

The guys who did the install worked very well together and the cleanup was great. I would like to say that they were very professional and did the job timely. They were great!
