West Shore Home Richmond

My folks needed a new shower for the elderly. The bathtub was just too dangerous. Called West Shore Home for help with getting a new shower installed. Fast and easy. They did the installation in one day. Our installers were Brandyn Blackwell and Fernando Bells. They were very professional, did everything we asked. They got the job done in less than a day. The new shower was perfect. Now my parents can shower safely. I would definitely recommend getting this done by these professionals. Couldn't be any happier.

John, Victoria,Nathan, Matt, and Caro were very professionally and did a very good job. All are to be commended. Great job.

Installation team was great. On-time, kept everything clean and kept in constant communication all day. Windows were installed faster than expected and the entire team of Daniel, Ivan, Nathan, John, Victoria, and Matt were professional and courteous throughout. I highly recommend them.

Nathan Traylor, Victoria jones and John Freitas came and installed our front entry door, they were on time, professional, they were patient with our barking dogs, and did an excellent job!

Nathan, Deshawn, and John came and installed my French door. These guys were on time, had a great attitude, they were extremely respectful of my home while they were here. I made sure to check my door was properly trimmed out and we made sure everything on the door operated like itâ s supposed to! Thank you guys, 5 stars all around :)

The project was beautiful when finished and I was very impressed with the installers. The were curious, professional and friendly. Their names were, Sterling, Monte and Nathan. I wold recommend your company to anyone.

Nathan, bob, Mike, and Victoria came and installed three of my basement windows and they did a fantastic job. I really would recommend them for a window project. Everything was perfect.

Both Brandyn and Monte were great! Did quaility work in a timely fashion and cleaned up after. I am sooo pleased with my walk in shower.

The installation crew showed up on time and after a quick review of the scope of work, The team went to work. They put covers all throughout the house to protect the floors and throughly cleaned up any debris. The finished project could not be any better when they finished, which only took o e day! Excellent job and excellent windows! My crew was Nathan Traylor, Bob Kiefer, Victoria Jones, Ivan Quinn, and John Freitas. The crew could not have been anymore personable. They were very diligent in their tasks and I would recommend them for any home repair/upgrade project!

Found Nathan who I met first very professional and easy to work with. Deshawn and Eric pretty much the same . Nathan installed the window. Perfect job and kind enough to put my blind back up when done. Eric and Deshawn did the door and believe me the one they took off was a mess. They replaced all the framing , it had splits at the bottom storm door was coming off at the hinges. When they were done unless you see a before picture could not have imagine the difference. Beautiful,,,, Thank you Nathan,Eric and Deshawn for job well done,
