West shore installed a sliding door and an entry door in our back Florida room. These guys did a fantastic job. Thank you to the installers Nathan Traylor Dan trainham and Ivan Quinn for your excellent service

Nathan Traylor and Ivan Quinn came to install our front entry door and side door. They were professional, and personable. Their work is very neat and our new doors look really great.

Nathan, Dan, and the crew came out to install, two entry doors on our house and these guys did a fantastic job on the install. The work was very neat and we are very happy with the end result. I am really happy that west shore did not sub out the work. They came themselves and did a very good and thorough job. Very happy with quality of the work and professionalism of the entire team.

Technicians were very courteous, no fowl language, answered all my questions. Great training on how to use my new windows.

Paris and Fernando did an outstanding job, they showed up on time worked all day and finished the job. They were very professional, cleaned up after the project was done, and overall did an outstanding job.

Westshorehome was really helpful through every step of the process from the initial call to the final close out. The sales rep that sold us the product was not available for me to communicate with after the sale because he quit the company according to the installers. He misrepresented his product and left me with an unusable shower. Even though West Shore may be willing to come to a rural area to do partial installation be sure there is someone in your area to complete the job. The sales representative said he had several companies that could install the glass. However, those people are not willing to come to our rural area. Now I am stuck with an expensive unusable shower that I must find someone to finish.

Super respectful guys! Nathan, Mike, John, and Deshawn were so personable and easy to talk to. They understood that I was working from home and didnâ t bother me at all!, They put down floor coverings, so not to damage the floor, they were very careful about the trim work around the door, and the room actually looks cleaner now, since they vacuumed it! The process literally only took 2 1/2 hours for a double door remove and replace exterior door!

Brandyn and Sterling were very professional and personable. They were about 15 minutes early for the appointment. That was a plus as I've been taught to be early is on time and on time is late. They had no problem with me asking questions about the process and looking at their work while they were doing it. I was really impressed with their work.

The crew was awesome. They installed new windows, all working together as a team. I was impressed with their work ethic and they were all polite and considerate of my home. And my new windows look great!
