+ -1 moreI have used We Do Windows for over four years to clean both the exterior and interior of our windows, and I've always been happy with the results. This visit was no exception, with a thorough and reasonably priced cleaning. The only challenge this time around was scheduling. It appeared to be a busy time of the year, so it took over three weeks of phone calls to find a date that worked. In general, it seemed to be difficult to schedule anything more than two days or so in advance. Despite the scheduling back-and-forth, I would definitely use We Do Windows again due to the quality of work and their pricing.
Description of Work: Alan and his team cleaned the exterior of all our windows, approximately 30-35 windows total.

Description of Work: I called to get an estimate from Mr. Lott, and left a message for him to return my call.He was very prompt and returned my call the same day. I gave him my address and he said he would drive by and look at the house and call back with as estimate. Several days went by then several weeks and then one day he called and apologized to me through my husband. That is the end of the story.

Description of Work: Returned my call promptly. Told me that I didn't live in a 'mansion' so there was no need to come out and do an on site estimate. Provided me with estimated cost on the phone. I told him I had someone coming out to the house to give an estimate. His reply was, "good for you." And, that was the end of our call. Found this abrupt and not customer-friendly.

+ -1 moreThis was a super company to do business with--as I really needed more than a casual window cleaner. The work was done completely and professionally, and so quickly I was surprised. The home had several "new" windows in a high location that still had the original manufacturer's tags on the surface, and the cleaner had to scrape these off tags in addition to the rest of his job. There was no way I could have ever reached these windows, so I was especially grateful. And he did extra cobweb removal while up on the ladder. It was a fantastic success, and I expect to call them annually for window cleaning.
Description of Work: Washed inside and outside of over twenty windows on a two-story home; wiped down high cobwebs and wiped down all window sills. Cleaned up work site and left everything in great condition.

+ -1 moreSince this was a relatively small job, I was asked to be flexible in its scheduling, which wasn't a problem with me. Alan made sure to keep me informed of their availability as it fit into my schedule. He followed up whenever there was a scheduling concern. They did an excellent job and were very meticulous in their cleaning. They were done in about 30 minutes, and the new shine on the windows improved the look of the house 100%.
Description of Work: Scraped and cleaned approximately 12 windows and 1 storm door.

Description of Work: Alan and his helper came out to the house on the day he said he would be their and the time and gave us a free quote for our windows. I called him back and we set a date for him to clean our windows. He showed up again when he said he would, was VERY professional along with is helper, did the job we agreed to. When in our house,he put covers over his shoes so not to track in dirt. I would highly, highly recommend his for anyone that wants a professional job, done right the first time and as quoted. I even had to leave while before he was done and I felt completely comfortable leaving him in my house and he locked up after he left. He also was GREAT with our dogs.

+ -1 moreThe two man team arrived on time and got right to work. They were very courteous and careful around my house and furnishings while they worked. They wiped out the window sills as well, which was an unexpected perk! I would highly recommend their services if you are like me and hate to do windows but love to have them sparkling clean!
Description of Work: We had 34 windows cleaned inside and out and our screens removed and stored. In addition, we had them clean the glass lighting fixture that hangs high in our foyer.
