+ -1 moreI pay them every four months. I have no complaints, they pick up the garbage, and they get the job done. Every once in a while there is some garbage lying on the ground.
Description of Work: I use Waste Management for garbage collection every week.

+ -1 moreWM were our contracted waste collection company for years. However, they do not collect any additional bags (leaves, etc.) in addition to the big bin of trash. They sent us a letter 'informing' us of their trash allowance on the one ocassion we did that. When we cancelled service, we were informed that they would come to pick-up the WM bin in a couple of days but they arrived the same day we called and cancelled services. For the extra money that we paid all these years, their attitude was pathetic.

+ -1 moreThey pick up whatever we put out. We have never had any issues with them not picking up an additional can or adding on extra fees. We live in a rural area & get the choice of which agency to use. Others in my area are complaining about being locked into contracts for service and of having to pay extra for anything that does not fit in the can. We haven't had any problems, if something falls out of the can they will even pick it back up.
Description of Work: We pay $125 quarterly for garbage & recycling pick-up once a week.

+ -1 moreI have been using their service for about 9 years. They are very strict about their pick up. They will not pick up anything that doesn't fit in their one can.
Description of Work: They come to the house weekly to pick up the garbage.
