It took multiple calls to even get them to come out out fix it. They spent very few minutes looking over the damage and pronounced the quote. The painting outside was terrible. They did not take off the shutters to paint so they got paint on the shutters and was going to leave it there if my husband had not pointed it out. When they did "remove the paint" they did it with paint thinner and took paint off the shutter. It took 6 weeks to get them out to work after signing a contract. When we called to find out what was going on, no one would talk to us. The secretary said no one was in the office (ever). We had to call several times to even get a call back. They left trash in out yard for several days, not cleaning up when they left.

Very poorly. Performance not as represented. Charged for work not completed; project far behind schedule; majority of subcontractors performed substandard work; supervision was spotty and inadequate; communication was poor, unpleasant and unprofessional; maintained a very dirty and unsanitary work area that left permanent damage to the premises; used an unlicensed subcontractor; many repairs such as plaster started to come apart within 6 months and refused to stand behind work. Ultimately had to terminate relationship after 5 1/2 months and have it finished by a different contractor.

The finished work was very good, although there were hiccups along the way; i.e., coordination of services. All of the work teams were polite and well-mannered, receptive to suggestions, and helpful. They cleaned up after themselves. The work took longer than anticipated due to a variety of issues.

They arrived quickly and addressed all of our concerns, they were able to provide us a quote on repairing the damage, which included replacing all hardwood floors, linoleum, and drywall repair in the dining room. They had a plumber come out immediately to fix the pipe. All work was completed very timely and Mike and Eric were professional the whole way through. They worked with our insurance company when we needed to increase the estimate due to further damage. Overall, I would recommend them and have already!

They ended up breaking and losing a lot of our things to scam the insurance company to get more money.
