VOGUE FLOWERS & GIFTS

I made this purchase at the Parham Road store. The gentleman who took my order was wonderful -- polite, helpful and friendly. However, when I picked up the flowers, 5 of the 9 had brown edges to their petals. When I asked to have the flowers switched out they woman spoke to me as if I was stupid because I didn't realize that the outside petals were supposed to have been removed by the florist before he put them in the bouquet. She yanked off a bunch of petals and handed the bouquet back to me. Trouble was, the brown spots ran through the whole flower and not just the outer petals. She was very rude and condescending. For $40 for 9 white roses and a little greenery I expect much politer service and much better quality flowers. Needless to say, we are not using this florist for prom flowers.

It was exactly as we hoped for from beginning to end.

The delivery person did not ring the bell or knock. We were home all day Thursday. Instead, they brought them next door and left a note on our door. If we hadn't gone out, we never would have known about the flowers. Also, by Saturday the roses were all drooping. When I called the store, the manager said this was his best delivery person, instead of accepting responsibility. I would not recommend using Vogue Flowers & Gifts.
