Fantastic.

They spent 3 hours attempting to have this animal removed, but they were unable to remove it. They said that it was the first time ever that this has ever happened to them. It was most likely due to the weird internal structure of chimney, as previously noted by a professional chimney sweep. The next day I received a call from them asking if they could come back to try a different technique (free of charge), they discovered it was an barred owl from the sounds it was making, but were still unable to reach it. They were extremely courteous, professional, and caring. I really appreciated that they came back out the second time just to give it another shot (they even said that they lost sleep over this!). I would highly recommend them!

Wanda, Eddie, and Humberto were excellent in every regard. They are true professionals with a great deal of experience, and they helped to educate us, as well as to figure out what to do about the birds in our vents. We highly recommend them.

Removed birds and put down repellent or the mice. They put in a barrier to keep out the birds as well, then cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them. They were professional, on time, knowledgeable, and really friendly.

The team arrived on time, inspected the interior and exterior of the house. Next they explained the conclusions they had reached and communicated an their capture plan. They set their traps and captured the animal within 24 hours. I found the team to be very professional and polite. They appeared of have technical know of the animals. They did a great job. I plan to use them again.

They were very professional, prompt and I am extremely satisfied with their work. They couldn't have been nicer. Eddie explained what needed to be done and exactly how he was going to do it and why.

We found the VPWRS co-owner to be a very knowledgeable and experienced person. Our inspection was scheduled for 11 am but was delayed until mid-afternoon after we received two phone calls to explain the delay. After a short discussion, the representative put on protective footwear and carried out a close internal and external inspection looking for likely access areas and evidence of bats being present. At the close-out discussion, we discussed the scope of work and were given a budget price and time-line for the work to be carried out. The written estimate arrived a week later for $1910 meaning that the verbal price already factored in the inspection. This fact was not mentioned on day the inspection was carried out!

Their wildlife removal and pest control services are excellent, and their prices are excellent and I would not hesitate to use them again for nuisance animal removal services in Virginia. There wildlife control technicians were courteous, knowledgeable, always on time and throughly explained there animal removal process.

I called this company after a couple of nights of hearing something in the attic. I did not know what it was but after speaking wife of this husband/wife owned operation she assured me that her husband would be out to determine exactly what it was and set traps. They came out together a few days later and looked at areas that WE pointed out that could have been points of entry. After going into the attic and finding little to nothing they came to the conclusion that they really couldn't pinpoint what it was and suggested that we go out at night to complete bat watch for 3-4 nights. HOW RIDICULOUS! WHAT WAS THE POINT OF HIRING THEM! No other company makes this recommendation. Then they proceeded to set only ONE squirrel trap that was hanging off the side of our house that I am sure every squirrel was immediately aware not to go that direction. No other traps were set in the attic where the noise was coming from. Less than one week later the wife called and said that they wanted to pick up their trap. She never asked if anything had been caught until I again asked her how the process worked and advised we were still having the same issue and what was effective measure for resolving the issue. They then go on to give you the same speil about if its bats then they can't do anything until the end of August. Don't bats hibernate at that time? What is the point of that? Never indicating or showing what they do as a professional service. I showed the wife a squirrels nest outside of gable on the house approximately 7 feet from the house and she hardly even looked at it to determine whether it could be squirrels and offered no additional solutions. Feeling downright cheated out of my $225. I listened to them talk about a multitude of charges for other services I am sure that they would be equally incapable of providing. Very disappointed.
