I wanted to take some time to share my experiences with Jason Ciatteo of Virginia CU Realty over the past 14 months. My wife and I started casually looking at houses in October 2010. Since VACU was getting into the realty arena about that time ? we decided to give them a try. I have to tell you that I am very happy that we did. Jason did an amazing job of cheerfully working with us on whatever type of home buying transaction we wanted. He joined me at a house auction (and contract), helped us through a short sale offer and contract, researched the pros and cons of building and available land, and finally helped us get into our wonderful new home (just last month) that was a foreclosure. We made offers on four different houses before things finally worked out for us. All along, Jason never once appeared frustrated or inconvenienced by our many questions and house hunting journeys. He was always a pleasure to work with. He was even great with our 2 year old ? and our little guy was always excited to see him. Each time that Jason told me that he would check on something or send me something ? he did it! This was always greatly appreciated. Even though we only needed the services of a buyer?s agent this time; we will be calling Virginia CU Realty first if we ever need to sell. I have already highly recommended them to several of my friends and family, telling them that if they want to hire a realtor that will work hard for them ? then Virginia CU Realty is the way to go!
