No response from vendor to voice mail left or contact me in anyway.

The Big Deal was emailed to me. I signed up. The deal acknowledged that the provider would contact me within 2 days to schedule the service. After 2 days I tried to contact the business through the web site listed in Angie's List. No answer. Then Angie's List emailed me wanting to know if I had heard from Mr. Vaughan. I had not. I was given an email address, I wrote to him, the email address is not valid. Since you are not going to contact him, I would like a refund and possibly an explanation why you promote providers like this. This is the second landscaper that has offered a Big Deal that has fallen through for me.

The scope and the timing were just wrong. He's a very nice gentleman and he was trying to do the right thing.

He showed up on time in one day notice. Did a great job. I would defiantly use Vaugh Landscape again.

Mr. Vaughan was wonderful - he looked at my lawn and determined that because I have a lot of Bermuda grass it wouldn't be worth the time or money to use the service I'd purchased. He gave me great advice about my options, but he also didn't want me to waste my $ on something I didn't need. I will write a great review for him even though I didn't need the work done.

It went great. Alan called to set up the service, called to let me know that his crew was on the way, and his crew arrived on time to complete the job. They were courteous, quick, and did a nice job. We made sure to have the property ready (thatched, sprinklers marked, and pets out of the yard)before his arrival. I would use Vaughn Landscaping again in the future.

Alan provided excellent communication. Called to confirm appointment when I scheduled online, and called again on day of appointment. Arrived on time and spent time to answer questions. Total time was about an hour and his work was thorough. I would definitely use him again along with other lawn and yard services.

Upon their arrival and review of my yard, it was determined it wasn't ready for aerating and seeding. We had not cut the grass, nor picked up the acorns and scattering of leaves. Our main concern was the front yard, so instead of rescheduling, they offered to cut and rake the front yard and pick up all the acorns, in lieu of aerating and seeding the back yard. Once completed, they aerated and seeded. Afterwards, they spent time discussing how we can prepare our yard over the fall/winter, so we will like what comes of our yard next spring. I would use Vaughan Landscape again. They were one time, professional, and did a great job.

I learned of Vaughan Landscape Services through an Angie's List Big Deal special for $139.00. The owner of Vaughan Landscape Services spoke with me over the phone and explained how aeration worked and the use of fertilizing and overseeding during specific times of the year. The owner and two employees arrived promptly. They first prepared my lawn by cutting and removing leaves. Next they aerated, fertilized and overseeded the yard. Alan Vaughan went over recommendations for winterizing my lawn. He was very thorough in explaining how I can get the results for my lawn that I want. I would definitely hire Vaughan Landscape Services again.

I purchased a Big Deal for a whole lawn aeration and overseed of my yard. I spoke with Mr. Vaughan the next day and set up the appointment for two days later. We spoke the morning of, he gave me an approximate time he would arrive, and then called me at my office when he was finished. The whole process was very easy and I would definitely use this company again! Thanks!

They were very responsive just wanted to go a different direction.

Our grass really needed cutting and my family was at the beach vacationing. The rain was not cooperating. They kept in close contact with me and as soon as they could they came out and cut the grass and trimmed the hedges. when we returned the lawn looked great. I would highly recommend this company!

They are great and absolutely wonderful. I have them come periodically. The work turned out to be excellent. I would recommend others that if they cannot get in touch with the owner, then leave him a message, and he will get back. He is very responsive. I have had a less expensive experience.
