Men arrived on time. Immediately went to work. Did an excellent job of cleaning up and removing all shrubs, leaves and trimmings.

They came when they stated they would be here. I advised the crew I would like my flower beds edged, bushes and a tree trimmed and the yard and patio blown. All of the work was completed. However, I wasn't pleased with the fact that the crew left without checking in with me first. Regretfully, they smashed one of my plants and left all of the debris from where they edged the flowerbeds. I contacted the company via email and they were quick to respond and stay in touch. The owner agreed to replace the plant and clean up the debris that was left behind. She came out the very next morning and everything was made perfect. Mistakes happen, but in my opinion it's how the mistakes are handled that matter in the end.

The 4 man crew arrived about 20 minutes late and worked for an hour moving leaves from my daughter's front yard to a wooded area in the backyard. I had to take my grandsons to school and to preschool and when I returned they had already finished their one hour. The area they completed looked wonderful. I totally understand that I got four labor hours of yard maintenance but think I would have gotten greater results with one man for four or two men for two.

This is a very hard service to evaluate and review because you don't actually see the results of their fall services until the next spring. I am not 100% sure that the issues I'm seeing are a result of their service, but for the first in a long time, I have a lot of extra weeds and some grass types that have not been in my yard before. So I suspect it is because of the quality of seed that they used.

Very good. Three men contributed 4 man hours. Foreman was helpful with suggestions on ongoing drainage problem.

They did a fine job. Very good folk to work with.

It was just a one time deal. It turned out very well. They showed up a little late, but that was okay. We were very pleased with what they did.

We had some difficulty scheduling the work and had to reschedule once due to conflict caused by overtime at another location. However, Alan definitely made up for that with the work performed yesterday afternoon. He cleaned out the weeds in all of the garden areas, raked and/or blew leaves out of all garden areas and mulched areas along the property and our long driveway. All materials were removed into back wooded area of my property. He sprayed most of the areas to prevent return of the weeds. There were 3 men working at all times and they stayed over 30 minutes (90 minutes of labor extra) with no additional charge. Very professional and I plan to hire him for additional yard work and seasonal maintenance.

Mr Vaughn and his crew arrived promptly at 3pm. He and I walked around the yard and I told him all of the things that needed to be done. He listened and asked what my priorities were. The three men worked nonstop for over an hour. It would have taken me an entire weekend to do what they did. I am so pleased and will be calling him again in the future.

For the past 10 years we have used Allan and he and his crew have provided our home with exceptional care and diligent attention to detail at a more than reasonable price. I recommend him highly and without reservation!!

They were excellent and went beyond what was anticipated. I would highly recommend them.

I was very satisfied with their services. They missed their appointment on the date it was scheduled and rescheduled it for another day. He did show up on that day and did the job. There was a scheduling issue with them.

Great! Scheduled late to be sure all my leaves were down. Showed up on time with four guys and worked about 4-5 hours. Picked up all leaves and dumped at the back of my lot in a wooded area with a depression from an old road. will be calling them back to do a spring cleanup and do my mulch.

A little hard to get an appt but did show up on time once appt made. I have 1/4 acre for a yard and it took 2 men 4 hours to blow the leaves (would have cost extra for them to be hauled away), cut the grass and edge the lawn. The yard looked great when it was done.

It turned out fine. They did what they advertised. They came in and did it.

The crew did a great job moving all the oak leaves from the yard and big flower beds into the woods.

Excellent. They were prompt, very polite and professional. They did a great job and got every part of my yards with the core aerator. They also seeded very heavily. Very prompt. Vaughan actually contacted me within 24hrs of my inquiry. Very professional and polite. When Vaughan was finished he closed all my gates and asked me if I had any questions or needed anything else.

The service was good. They did a great job. They were very professional. There was no additional cost to the $149 Big Deal. I would use them again if I was living in the area.

Alan and Shawn were great. Most thorough leaf removal I've ever had. Professional and pleasant. Will definitely be my go to team for future work.

The company said they needed to look at their schedule and then never got back with me after that so I did not end up using the big deal.

The deal stated that leaf removal was included, however the people at the company stated it would be an extra charge for that. I had a difficult time getting in touch with them and they did not answer my emails.

Used this service for pulling up an old flower bed at a rental house. They did a good job cleaning up the bed, and pulled up all the old plants, roots and all. Tenants were happy with results. I didn't have to do extra yard work, and everyone seems happy. Win win.

They did a great job! It looks very nice, they transplanted a bunch of existing bushes and made it look nice. Made a new flower bed for me with transplanted roses in no time at all, which I am happy with! They were timely, very professional, and worked hard and did a lot of work in a few hours! I greatly appreciated all the work they did, as I would never have been able to do all they did myself. They cleaned up everything when done, used blower, and even unloaded rest of mulch left over for me in my driveway. When Alan gave me the invoice at the end of the job for the mulch, he noticed it was wrong, that it was not the right price, he called the company to get it corrected and saved me money, which I appreciated! I would have not known it was incorrect, and could have overpaid, which shows how professional, honest, and trustworthy he is. I will definitely use them again and refer to friends and my neighbors! A+ Job!
