They arrived with more manpower than expected. 5 instead of 3. They were very easy to work with and I was very pleased with the work. I was prepared with a good list of items to be done as I knew I had a time limit. They worked very efficiently and hauled away a huge truck load of dead limbs, etc.

It started off beautifully! Vendor was punctual and always either answered phone calls or returned messages via email; I have no problem with the work that was performed; it looked good. After the first 'phase' of the project, the vendor NEVER called to schedule the balance of the proposal; after 2 weeks of inactivity, I emailed them to ask if they were going to finish the project; after 4 days they responded saying that they would get back with me THAT NIGHT. I never heard from them again. Also they left one plant UNPLANTED; that is; still in the container. Non responsiveness is definitely NOT the way to handle a client that has just spent $2758 for their services. They literally left about $3000 on the table by not finishing the project as they proposed to do.

there was a crew of 3 guys that worked for 2 hours, they were efficient, did everything I asked and were very nice. I just going this house and the backyard was super overgrown. they were not able to get it all done, but that wasn't their fault. It looks so much better. I will use them again for sure.

They did a good job of removing debris but did not get as much done within the time allotted as I had hoped.

We started out just removing weeds but the Juniper was taking over the yard and was keeping the drainage ditch all clogged up. Vaughn Landscaping removed all the weeds and Juniper and hauled it all away. I will be contacting them to grind the Juniper stumps when I'm ready.

I contracted for four man hours of service. Four guys showed up so I got one hour of service. The job I had was going to take more than an hour. They did what they could in the hour but did not finish.

I was happy with the service. Bushes looked great and they cleaned the debris. The brush that was sprayed didn't die. Very nice and knowledgeable men.

everything was done in a professional and timely manor, and he answered questions I had to maintain and future. Bought the deal in april and first available was may 12. because of high response. Mr Vaughan was there at the time promised. JOB VERY GOOD!

First, Alan is an artist and was a joy just to watch his work. He handled the tree and had it fall exactly where I wanted it. The shrubs it was the reincarnation of Edward Scissorhands. They have never looked so nice. Penny and Quail were responsible for the clean up and did above and beyond my experience with other providers. Alan went further in regards to providing recommendations for a couple of areas that need work in terms of what works in shade as well as sun. He showed me a couple of areas in my yard that had great plants but were planted in the wrong areas and needed to be moved or have the limbs of our trees cut off higher. From the minute they got here to when they were leaving they were busy. Very polite in regards to answering my questions and making sure that I understood ways to maximize the curb appeal of my house. I definately plan to use again.

Alan was prompt, but as soon as he arived we were told that the work we reviewed with him that day was not completely covered by the estimate, which was based on an hourly rate. He advised us to let him put in the number of hours on the estimate and then see what was left to do. We encouraged him to give us another estimate. In clearing one bed of weeds and lirope, he removed a good amount of other ground cover, which we asked him to reserve. He explained that it would slow him down to separate the material and he would prefer not to do that. The other ground cover was discarded. The shrubs were not pruned to our specification in his initial visit, which was due to a misunderstanding between the estimate and performance. Overall, only about half the work we expected to get done under the estimate was actually performed.

Went fine. I wasn't home when they performed the service, my lawn seemed to respond favorably.
