+ -1 moreA GroupOn deal was purchased on 4/2/12, It has now been over a month, and none of my emails or phone calls have been returned. The website was clearly overwhelmed after the GroupOn listing, and all messages sent through it were undeliverable, and the emails were being kicked back. The phone number listed for the company appears to be a mobile phone, and it had a full voice mailbox and was no longer accepting voicemails. After a few weeks, the website messaging system was revamped and seemed to be accepting messages, yet nothing has been returned. I will be contacting GroupOn shortly to have my money refunded.
Description of Work: No services have yet to be performed.
