I was not pleased with them. They took the bush down that they said would grow back, but has not grown back and it was a large bush. They left a huge pile of saw dust in the yard and they just left it there. It took them a long time to grind the stomp.

I have used True Timber off and on for the past 18 years and they never fail to deliver an outstanding job. This job was difficult as caution needed to not impact house or garage. The TT Team expertly dropped the trees between them in a way that did not tear up the yard. They removed all debris and left a clean yard. Very professional team of folks. They came back later and removed the stump. Their price was very reasonable for all of this work. Highly recommend them. Will keep using them.

I called TrueTimber to come out and inspect our property for any trees that might pose a threat as I was a little worried about a few of them after moving in. Their arborist came out and did a very thorough check of my yard and all major trees, and there's a lot. He provided a list of his recommendations and how he would prioritize them, and walked me through each item carefully. In the end we need to have two large oak trees (90ft or so) removed (as well as some minor pruning). One tree with fairly easy access and one in the back of the yard behind a fence. The work was scheduled within the week and a crew was at my house for 2 days climbing, cutting, and removing the trees. They did an amazing job. I don't even understand how they were even able to remove one of the trees without damaging a fence or other trees, but they did. Really great work all around. While not cheap by any means, their prices were on par with another company I had provide a quote, and based on the quality of their work it felt very fair. Would absolutely use them again, but hope to not have to.

Great. Could not be more pleased. Showed up as promised, work was great, and clean up very good, Superior service for a great price. I'm a retired property manager and have worked with many service companies. True Timber staff are very professional at every level and among the best service companies I've worked with. Really enjoyed watching a professional crew at work.

They're excellent; A's all the way around. Their knowledge and professionalism is very, very ... some of the best that I've seen. I've got a forest in the back yard, and I've used them where they have to like climb - they can't even get trucks back there - so they're like climbing up with special boots and the straps and stuff. They climb a tree and they're 50 feet off the ground with a chainsaw. They're a different class of service. You can get people to cut down trees, and then you can get people who have college degrees in being an Arborist with certifications. That's those guys. Or I can get a guy with a pickup truck with a chainsaw. It's kind of like the difference in a company that does body work and a company that does general automotive maintenance. It's almost a different skill set.

I wasn't here. I didn't see it. I have them come out once a year, sometimes more depending on the weather. I rate them high on everything. There are people cheaper, but I don’t think I’d trust anybody else. You can trust them. When people take trees down, you have got to be careful you don’t damage things. I liked the owners, I liked the people that work there. The people they have are very communicative and work with you. They are real busy, so that says something about them.

Extremely well. Their staff was knowledgable and experienced at every stage of the process. The estimate was quickly arranged and their impressive array of equipment was clearly needed at each stage. Consideration was shown for the neighboring properties as well as our own.

An extremely sensitive job. A large tree had fallen, partially lodging in and bending another tree before striking the roof. An expert team from TrueTimber rigged multiple lines, pulleys, and winches to other trees then down to the threatening trees. High climbers then removed sections of the dangerous trees, lowering them carefully to the ground so that no further damage was done to the roof.

Peter responded almost immediately and provided a fair and comprehensive estimate. The crew arrived as promised the first thing the next morning and through great skill, professionalism and outstanding team work managed to finesse the tree off of the house without causing further damage. They possess the equipment , training and professionalism to handle tricky removals and I would not hesitate calling on them again or recommending them to anyone seeking highly competent professionals for complex situations.

After repeated attempts via email and phone spanning two weeks to get on their schedule I picked another service who is coming out next week. I will say the estimate was reasonable bit price means nothing if they cannot perform the service. Sorry TrueTimber

Great group of guys. Very polite and knowledgeable. Back in January one very large pine tree in our front yard broke off but did not completely fall due to other trees holding it up. We also had many smaller pines that were dead and bending. While the rainy weather postponed the job a few days, they were great letting me know ahead of time. Did a fabulous job of saving a few maples that were in the way of some of the other pines that had to come down. Very happy and I will call them again.

Crew showed up on time and completed all work quickly. They were attentive and moved some of my son's toys in the yard away before starting on some long branches that, while unlikely, could have damaged his stuff had they fallen unexpectedly. Cleaned up the site, didn't leave any damage in the yard, and were happy to dump a load of wood chips right where I asked them to do so. Quote was very reasonable for the work and overall we're very happy with the service.

Cut down one small tree and extensive trimming and a stump grinding. Great work and I asked about two additional tress that looked sick and may have invasive bug damage. True Timber did not recommend cutting them and said we would have a lot of years left on both trees. Wow what balanced information.

We have never had a better experience with work done around our home! Starting with the estimate through the cleanup, all the employees were honest, professional, on time, personable & did everything requested in the estimate. The job here was big and the whole process was quick and without any safety issues or property damage. We will hire them again without question.

Peter from TT came out promptly after calling to provide estimate. Price was reasonable. Buster, Paul, and crew showed up on time to do the work. Difficult job as tree was between house and garage and near low hanging wires. They took tree down without any damage. Removed stump several days later. Cleaned up well afterward. I have used them before and will use them again. Recommend them to my neighbor and church who used t them to take down some large trees.

I found everyone I spoke or met with from TrueTimber to be friendly and professional. The gentlemen that did the initial inspection was punctual and extremely helpful. They were able to get to my project in a timely fashion and did a great job. Highly recommended.

We had approximately 15 trees removed from our yard. Most of these were full-sized, mature trees. We had several quotes and decided to go with TrueTimber because they seems like good guys and had the best quote. The process was not super smooth, but the fact of the matter is that a good amount of quality work was done for a great price. They came out and did an estimate for us and we booked an appointment for 6 weeks out. They were super busy, but we were impressed enough with them to wait. They took down approximately 15 trees for us in one business day. They did not haul away the trees that day because there wasn't enough time. Then... the trees sat for 2 weeks. It snowed twice, the yard was a swampy mess, and they were unable to do any work for anyone for almost a week. Finally the trees were removed and about 1 week later the stumps were ground. The stump grinder had to come out two additional times due to missed tree stumps / roots. To be fair, the yard is filled with debris and old leaves and the stump grinder was not one of the original arborists that came out. I can understand how this happened but was still frustrated. I am sure that the issues we had would not have happened if the weather had not been terrible and if the baseline status of our yard had not been a disaster. Overall I think that True Timber did a great job and I have already recommended them to several people that I know.

It went fine and about 4 persons came out. It took them about 4 hours and they removed the stump. The workers were real professional and I had no problems. They are certified arborist. They were very prompt and showed up when they said they would.

The backyard was covered in trees, and some had grown branches through the power lines. They had been out two years prior to trim the trees and did a great job. We decided to remove all of the trees to create a parking space and install a new fence. They were fast, efficient, and good problem solvers. The stump grinder had a problem with a computer chip, the gentleman who was working that day took it in for repair and was back the same afternoon to complete the job. They did not disturb anything else, they cleaned up beautifully, you would not have known they were there. Would definitely call them again!

They are great and always provide excellent work. This is a family owned business. They are timely and neat. They always clean up after themselves. All of them are very professional too.
