+ 2 moretim is very reliable, and trustworthy. He does very neat work, and always cleans up after himself. You can count on him, and he assumes the Initiative to do the work, and to do it right. He calls when he has to go pick up materials and will be later than expected. He did a great job of the carpentry required, the caulking, and also did a great job painting. I have used him at least 4 times and highly recommend him for interior jobs as well as exterior. I have found his pricing to be in line with other quotes I have received and I know I can count on his work.
Description of Work: Tim White power washed my house, and then replaced damaged and rotten boards. He advised me along the way about additional boards needing replacing so I could decide to replace or repair. And then he painted my house, which is 3 stories in the back, and 2 stories in the front.

+ -1 moreHe is on time and quiet. He prepares things well and cleans up afterwards which is wonderful. There was a death in the family before he finished and he told me what happened and he took 4 to 5 days off for the funeral and he just left his stuff here which was fine with me. He came back and finished the job. I understand that he needed to be off and that was fine with me.

+ -1 moreAmazing job, very professional and punctual. Clean up was great! Job was finished early. It was under the estimated amount and was about $500 less than other quotes! I can't recommend him enough.
