They were able to give great advice and even arrange for contractors and painters to help do the work. I have lived in the house for 23 years, and there was some freshening up that needed to be done. They were always responsive to my calls and e-mails, and kept me informed of the work schedule...the workers that they used were extremely professional and honest and worked at a fair price. When the work was done, my house looked beautiful, and I got back everything I spent on doing the work. Moving, and getting a house ready to sell is stressful and hard work. Susan and Lisa made it much easier for me.
Description of Work: Susan Jones and Lisa Caperton with Virginia Realty and Relocation were my real estate agents helping me get my home ready to sell. They were fabulous. Once my house was on the market, it sold for the asking price in under 24 hours.
