Description of Work: One treatment got rid of our mosquitoes nearly completely. After 5 weeks they have not returned (perhaps helped by being into early Fall). The company recommends retreatment every 3 weeks during Summer and it's worth it if you have a mosquito problem.

Description of Work: The Mosquito Authority calls when they say they will call, shows up as scheduled and agreed on, and their spray actually seems to work. The price is not extreme. All in all, a good experience.

Description of Work: Recurring Mosquito treatment. Product has kept the pests away all summer. An advance email communication alerts of an upcoming treatment and alerts when the treatment is complete. Also, the techs communicate same day when your on their roster and when they'll likely arrive. I like to do things myself and don't usually hire a service for anything. I'm really happy with this service and The Mosquito Authority.

Description of Work: Sprayed yard to form a mosquito barrier. Product works as stated, no issues with mosquitos and we have really been able to stay outside and enjoy our yard this summer. Unfortunately, the treatments are $79.00 each and they are required every 3 weeks. So, we decided to discontinue the service

Description of Work: We used Mosquito Authority after also having used Mosquito Joe. We will stick with MJ. The M Authority guy showed up disheveled in appearance, and sprayed bug spray all over our back doors and windows that we'd just washed. The other guys sprayed the yard, the woods behind us, etc, not our windows and doors which seemed strange considering what the service allegedly covers. Sure, they were a little cheaper, which is why we tried them, but needless to say, we were not impressed by their service or by their appearance, which was unprofessional.

Description of Work: Sprayed my yard, trees, & along creek for mosquitoes. Work was done a week ago & so far no mosquitoes--they're really bad here. Supposed to last 3 weeks--will definitely continue service.

Description of Work: I was not home at the time of the service but they were to spray for mosquitoes, second treatment. I was here during the first treamtment and the technician completely sprayed the entire yard and pointed out areas where mosquitoes could breed. I was pleased with the job done.

Description of Work: I bought the $39 one treatment on Angies List. As expected I was called with a sales pitch to sign up for the whole Summer package. The girl on the phone that I talked to was nice but not necessarily very informative and she was pretty pushy. She also tried to tell me that the $39 wasn't going to treat my whole yard and it would cost me more. I explained that that price did include the entire size of yard that we have per the angies list fine print, and she was ok with that. |I did end up signing up for the package that would last the entire season as I knew the mosquitos would return. After our first spray, we immediately noticed that mosquitos were still there. I called the next day and a different girl on the phone that I talked to told me that the first spray is not guaranteed 100% and it can take multiple sprays for them to be completely gone. I told her that I had never been informed of that prior to signing up for the package, and she agreed to send someone back to respray. Every time someone has come to spray, they have done a great job of calling to let me know when they are coming which I appreciate. I still find the occasional mosquito here or there but I assume that hopefully after the next spray they will be completely gone. I should also add that the owner did call me and leave a nice message making sure that we were happy with our service. So overall, we are very happy- my only complaint would be the girls who answer the phone and their level of pushiness/factual information!
